I didn't realize the bracelets were so small I thought they could be adjusted. So five pairs of them I can not use can i send them back for a refund. The other five children are toddlers and 6 years old
I had been looking for a 14K Rose Gold Bangle but was unable to find a solid rose gold bracelet anywhere. I saw that Better Jewelry had 14K yellow gold bangles; I asked if they could create one with Rose Gold and Better Jewelry was more than happy to honor my special request. They custom made the bracelet and delivered it in less than a week. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and will definitely shop with them again.

I wanted to buy a pair of silver bangles for my daughter for Christmas. I was looking for authentic West Indian sterling silver bangles. There are many imitators out there, but the real thing is hard to find.
I found the Better Jewelry website, and started browsing. I took quite awhile to browse the big selection available on the site, and then I telephoned them to ask some questions about the ones I liked best. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgeable, understood what I wanted, and gave me great advice. I was able to choose a pair of bangles which is the right size and gauge, and also perfect for my daughter's personal style.
The bangles arrived today. They are outstanding! Beautifully made, exquisite detail, and heavier and more durable than I had imagined. I can truly say I have never seen finer work in bangles. They are heirloom quality.
In short, customer service is excellent;

I don't think I would have found better bangles in Barbados /the West Indies, had I gone there myself.
