I was told i could exchange a child bracelet by one customer service rep. Them a email came in stating I passed 90 days for repair or replacement... however not giving and option to get a warrant.

I thought, for the price paid, the bracelets would be thicker. I sent my review. I also thought they were pretty. But I notice they only post reviews where the patrons are completely satisfied! I'm sure there must be some people that are not completely satisfied! I find this to be deceptive.
