It came with a tape label on bracelet noting 10K, it should have been 14K, but the stamp on bracelet is 14k. I was told the person putting tape on made a mistake. What worried me is that they have a 10K exactly the same. Hopefully, the mistake was the tape being incorrect and not stamping 14K on a 10k bracelet. It can be done since they are the jewelers!
I had been looking for months at various websites that sold West Indian gold bangles and Better Jewelry's reviews were very good and so I decided to go with Better Jewelry. Their prices were decent and if you spent a certain amount, you'd get a free silver necklace. It took about a week to receive my bangle from the order date. My new bangle is very pretty and shiny 14k gold. Its thicker than I thought it would be and it has a nice pattern engraved in it. I bought a size 7 1/2 which fits me just fine. It's a beautiful bangle. However, the delivery experience by USPS was not so beautiful. The post office mislabeled my package and sent it all over the place before I finally received it. I was very worried that it might get lost or stolen in the postal system and I was so relieved when I did get the package. I don't think it's a good idea to have "Better Jewelry" on the package

I purchased a pair of West Indian Bengals. Shipping was great. I was able to track my package. They were safely packed for shipping. They are beautiful. I purchased a pair a year ago on the streets in New York ( China Town). They have not turned or been damaged. So if my new pair can last without turning or getting damaged, then I will order again. I am pleased with my product.
