I recently had an interaction with a representative from Better Fares regarding a quote I received, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. The service I received was, frankly, unacceptable.During our conversation, I found myself consistently being talked over, making it difficult for me to convey my inquiries. Moreover, when seeking clarification on certain points, the representative from Better Fares mumbled something unintelligible and abruptly ended the call by hanging up. Such behaviour is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on Better Fares.
Having a background in the legal field, I have never encountered such appalling office behaviour. Customer service should be a priority for any company, and unfortunately, my experience with Better Fares has left me with a negative impression. Regrettably, based on this encounter, I have decided not to engage with Better Fares in the future. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improving customer interactions.

One of the worst couch service ever seen very disappointed no apology was written.
We booked couch first they asked advance of £200. We paid in on 11/05/2023 and full payment was made on 26/06/2023.
Payment receipt for Quote ID: AB*******, £530, Payment Date 26-Jun-2023 12:31. So advise to service user be careful to this scammer couch co.
Organized via Zia who was wonderful, Cheltenham Gold Cup 2023 to and from Belgium - Good communication prior to the day to alleviate the stress of ensuring our clients have the transport, courteous driver, careful and put some good music for a singalong. A well managed pickup from Cheltenham in the usual rush at the end but stayed calm, collected us and took us back to BHX. Would use again and request the same driver.
Recommend excellent service will use again driver was on time coach was cleaned very easy to book and communicate.

My first experience organising transport for 24 people and it was a success. I was pretty nervous about arranging the transport but Zia put my mind at ease. The driver, Billy, was really chilled out. He let us play music and have a couple of drinks. Really reliable and great vehicle. My advice for anyone booking, make sure you choose somewhere easy to get picked up or dropped off from - a carpark or hotel drop off area
I had acepted a job from these people. They changed details lots.
I spoke to the client and information was lies
They then cancelled less than 24hr before leaving me with costs and no booking
I found these last minute due to trains not running for an event. They offered a very competitive price for a mini bus on a return journey. Very thorough with confirmations leading up to the day & ensuring I had driver contact details.
I was hesitant after reading other reviews but found them to be fab. Driver was on time & clean vehicle. Driver was lovely & friendly & gave us his card in case our phones ran out of battery or anything during the night we could still contact him. Picked us back up on time & was lovely to chat to.
Would definitely use again if needed and recommend to anyone needing a mini bus
This company is a sister company of Nationwide minibus hire who took a £279 deposit and cancelled 12 hours before departure which was at 4am. Still waiting for my refund, i have been blocked on Whattsapp as thats how i was contacting them, their accounts team do not take calls and seem to leave half hour before i call multiple times a day.
ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS!

They are very rude and i dont expect to receive my money anytime soon, however my bank is helping me.

They take your deposit and refuse to give it back even though I cancelled my booking within 48 hours of booking. They never stated, at any point, that the deposit was non-refundable. She is extremely rude! The entire team is extremely unhelpful and they refuse to let you speak to the manager. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND! Stealing £195 and refusing to give it back. DO NOT USE THEM OR TRUST THEM. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID ESPECIALLY AMY MILLS - WHICH PROBABLY ISN'T HER REAL NAME! MAY YOU ALL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR BEING FRAUDSTERS!

They take your booking, don't turn up with anything then refuse your money back.
We have used better fares company to transfer 40 people from Heathrow airport to Southampton coach driver was helpful and on time, thanks better fares for the service and we will use better fare again.
Take your £80 deposit then don't pick up 15 girls for a hen party, hang up the telephone every time you call. Called the office over 20 times to be told someone will get back to me, non one ever calls back & the staff are just damn right rude.
I would advise no one to use this company! I will not let this go until I get a full refund!

I was also an affiliated taxi company for this taxi booking agent, i paid them and they made me a rubbish website with a horrible system and i never got any job worth doing. I would complain about no work coming from the website and they would then send me rubbish work which is not worth doing. There excuse will then be "We sent you work but you didn't want to do it". Rubbish Company.
