I have been very dissatisfied with the sequins booties womens shoes. Purchased many pairs for my daughters stage shows. The Silver shoes for some reason kept cracking along the toe and the ankles. They sent me a new pair and the same thing happened. They are only worn for stage shows and they should not crack this fast or at all for the price. I will not be buying from them again. I can find cheaper ones for Amazon.

I purchased $217.00 rhinestone boots on 12/16/2022 for Christmas. January 7,2023 I never received my merchandise!
I Was told I would get a refund. Now they're asking me to do the legwork of contacting shipping when shipping was supposed to be free. I just want a refund my money back in full. I cannot represent a company's merchandise our products with a fraudulent marketing strategy. Buyers REMORSE: Do not purchase from Betsey Johnson!

Three times I have contacted customer service about my tracking information not being valid and they have given me some basic answer. I need my order before I go on vacation otherwise they can keep it! If you have to have something g from Betsey Johnson please don't order from direct website. I don't know what they have going on over there. It's been a nightmare

This site is kind of a scam! Don't buy from it!
They charge $50 for shipping. You get a tracking number from fedex… only… it's *not* your tracking number. It's not your package!
In the very fine print of the website, if you look deep it says your order is shipped to Connecticut — and then shipped through usps!
You don't even get a tracking number.
If you operate like this, it needs to be on your confirmation email and receipt so people aren't confused.
It's shady as hell!
Huge Betsey Johnson fan for 25 years. I've met her, I worked in her boutique, and I'll never buy from here again.
If customers knew the process they would cancel their order.
Love Betsey. Will continue to collect her work but not through this site! Buy from somewhere else!

Chose to use the chat feature on BJ website...alhough Stevie was polite, by the end of our chat I did NOT feel confident that my package, is actually enroute to meva week after I orderd it!
I feel Stevie danced around my questions. I told her FedEx informed me that they don't have my package yet. After a week only the shipping label was created. Stevie told me the package left their facility that's all she could tell me. I asked her to clarify that she says it's not with them, FedEx says they dont have it so it could be anywhere? Her response? LET ME KNOW IF THERES ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH? We can start by processing my refund.
I feel regretful that I made a purchase on the BJ site especially when I can't even track my package or at least have an estimate of when my package was shipped, when I may receive it or ensure I haven't been scammed. Stevie did not make me feel reassured at all! I was left with the feeling of she has no clue where my package is and then she sent an (ok bye) type of response.
My gut told me not to order from this site. If I had read these reviews sooner I wouldn't have!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. In august. One pair was delivered. I paid in full for both. $286.75. The Vincent silver shoes was back ordered till Aug end. Ok. Then was back ordered till sept 29. I was never sent an order shipped email. So I contacted them and only then was I sent an order shipping tracking number. Well it was invalid thru Airterra. Airterra was very helpful explaining obviously betsy johnson never gave them the merchandise. Betsy Johnson said yes we did. And again I tried to get an honest answer as to no avail we mishandled your PAID for shoes. To no avail. So disappointing. Betsy johnson…. She should be appalled she's still associated with this her name on the line. I will NEVER…. EVER order from them again…. I'd rather to go Dillard macys anyone else for shoes …. You should be ashamed betsy johnson….

I bought a dark blue clutch with roses on it. It's very sturdy. Its well made and I have used it heavy. I love that's it is fun and colorful too.
The necklace is gorgeous BUT it was shoved into a very small zip lock bag and I can't get it untangled to hang straight?
Too bad such careless packaging wrecks the item.

I received my order *******, to small so I emailed customer service they responded but trying to get a return label has been a nightmare, the website is horrible but after reading the reviews I see why her ratings are so low. I tried them on, and they are too small hurt my feet so bad because they don't fit. I'm scared to exchange them for another size after reading the reviews I just want my money back. Looks are very deceiving.

I placed an order 11-21 for pre sale boots that was to ship 1-22, then was notified they would ship in March, then that changed to April, now they are saying June. I would highly suggest never ordering from them as they seem to never be able to deliver an order in timely fashion. Upon emailing them they could care less if anyone is upset or unhappy. All they care about is the money. Customer service is horrible.
Hondstly they don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them. Utterly disappointed.

I paid for two day shipping. I waited over a week and begged I'm email after email for someone to tell me where my order is! After 8 days I finally reached a supervisor who sent me a second paid as the first pair never came. Then the new pair they sent is WAY too small. Just DONT waste your money. The WORST customer service.

Ordered from this site after using Amazon's Try Before You Buy feature and loved the Betsey Johnson shoes I had tried. They were the same price and I figured why not buy from the actual site instead of going through Amazon, right? Wrong. Ordered the shoes, two weeks went by without a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service and was told they are extremely busy but my order will be shipped soon and they thanked me for my patience. A week later I received a refund and an email telling me they canceled my order because the item was out of stock and gave me a coupon for 20% off. I went to their site and saw the exact shoe and size was still for sale. I was half tempted to order again using the coupon but didn't have the patience to deal with them anymore. I ordered off Amazon and had them two days later, no issue. What a shame.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $137 in October. I reached out to customer service a month later because I never received a shipping confirmation, but they took my payment. Customer service told me the item would not ship until Nov 21st. Here it is Dec 21, and I still have not received a tracking number or anything. Customer service is no longer responding. I will never buy from here again.

I love Betsey Johnson products. They're unique, shiny, girly, and fun. However, I'd suggest buying them from a store instead of their website. I bought a pair of shoes in October and they still haven't arrived. They were out of stock, but said they would ship by mid November. Two months later, it's been shipped by the cheap slow FedEx home delivery, and hasn't arrived. Its December 17h today. I'm going to return them now just because of the bad service.

I ordered some boots from betseyjohnson.com. They were supposed to ship out on Monday, checked the status today, Wednesday, and now have been told that they don't know when they'll be shipped. There shipping is 24.95, they cancelled a few items after my 2 purchases that were on sale making it really not worth it. A month after delivery FedEx sent me a bill for over 160.00 Canadian. When I wrote Betsey Johnson to ask why their carrier was charging a high brokerage fee when I had already paid for shipping. They just keep responding that I had only paid 24.95 each order. Customs is understandable, but another high shipping charge in not.
