Placed a small bet on a horse race in order to be able to watch... video didn't work. Contacted their chat service... got the impression they didn't believe me as I couldn't provide proof, despite the fact I pointed out that it was the first time I had made such a complaint.
Decided to close my account. Can't stand companies that don't care about satisfying their customers, even if it only costs them a pittance in the grand scheme of things.
DON'T bet 365!

My mate was on his phone gambling in the pub. He was wondering about to take the cash out or run for greed. He took the easy option and cashed out. It was all well and good and the funds went straight to his balance. He then as most of us gamblers do reinvested the takings. After 30 mins approx he noted that his balance was MINUS £28 obviously he investigated and they told him his cash out was paid out in error and the bet had lost. They offered half his stake back as a gesture. Fortunately the other investments came good to cover the MINUS balance and he withdrew the rest and deleted his account. I use williamhill and hope I never experience this with them.

PPL THIS IS A WARNING. After we have collated a lot of hands from one player at the IPOKER NETWORK we have concluded that this is the most crookish poker software out there. They use delay withdrawals tactics if you win. They also have teams of players on one table and often it seems like just one player using several accounts of a group of players ganging up on anyone who joined in the table. The other interesting part is the software is manipulated to get in more bets so the rakes can be higher. You are definitely throwing your money away if you play on IPOKER NETWORK. Peace!

They taken for processing my first withdrawal more than 5 days also i have contacted with their support team are disconnected my Chat session without response my Question. Also contacted with them over Phone but saying, "They are reviewing your withdrawal now. I cannot be certain how long this will take but it will be completed as soon as possible" Everyday they are saying it. "

Now i recommend it No 1 Bad site. If you deposit there, from then that is their property. So they will not process you any funds.

It was going pretty well and I had made about 1200 Euros on my initial deposit of 140 Euros. I guess that didn't sit well with them. I wanted to close my account for a week or so about which i inquired their customer support. The customer service representative Nadia K. Decided, for whatever reason, that I was inquiring because I had a gambling problem. She closed my account because of that chat. Here are some excerpts of that chat:

Nadia K: Can you confirm whether you are looking to apply a self exclusion to your account?
Me: No I just needed information. I dont want to apply the self exclusion

Nadia K: In line with the comments made Jabran and the fact that you have declined the option to apply a self exclusion to your account, I will be closing your bet365 account on a permanent basis which will take effect immediately.

Only one word i can use and it is CRAP!
They allow you to deposit money and then suspend your account for security, you send them a copy of your driving licence and do the postal check, still suspended (bare in mind i am a 44 year old woman). Just found out the account has not been closed with no notification or explaination! The live chat is rubbish and the call centre staff are even worse! They should get done for fraud by simply using the term Customer Services!
Avoid at all costs!

Racism - i recentley joined bet365 bingo site my chat was banned for ever for asking a cm a question however there was two instent of racism in there chat rooms and the cm did nothing about it when i complained to customer services they also did nothing about it all they keep saying is that it is being investigated but the people responsible are still allowed to chat and make racist comments in my opinion they are not bothered i would strongly advise about joining this website as it really badly run and you get no help when you have a complaint.
Also when i e-mailed about the complaint and telled them i thought they condoned racism they sent me one back for using abusive comments which i think is a joke as they let racist comments go unpunished
