I opened an account with Bet 365 to bet on Cheltham races only. Initially I deposited £30 then another £20. After day one I won £78 and requested £50 returned back to my account. I was given £25 bonus which was made clear that the bonus cannot be withdrawn. I used my bonus on day 2 but did not win much. My account was then frozen as I could not make any more bets. There followed a series of correspondence asking or my details which I provided before opening my account at one point they asked for my bank details which raised red flags immediately. I refused this and was surprised when they backed down, then followed more requests for drivers license, ID etc which I kept providing. I know that amount is small but I've taken the matter to the gambling commission. All I want is my £50 back they can keep the rest.

They are quick to take your money but find an excuse not to pay out. Use another site if you want to receive winnings.

1 star only as I have to leave 1 these con artist take your money even when the know the horse gas been retired the only bookmaker to do so every other bookmaker the horse was not showing CON ARTIST AT THE BEST

They will steal your money no matter what.
They will tiurn your bet lost no matter what.
Don't trust this site.
They are in courts with players on several cases.
They turned lost many of my bets setting and turning the rules in their favour.

I won a 17 leg parlay with $1 to win a net return of $2,376, they robbed me of that money and told me the state of ohio took it with no explanation and details, they gave me an attorney general's office to call and till this day i can't reach anyone or get an explanation for where my money went. I have left numerous voicemails to the Rossman & Co Company which is the collection agency i was referred to that is supposedly holding my money, It's been 5 days and counting and i still haven't heard anything back. I called back bet365 to tell them of my situation and they said there is nothing they can do on their end and not obligated to tell me what that money was witheld for, i deposited more money in my bet365 account to place more bets for new upcoming bets, they withdrew that money from my account and told me its because the i still owe the state, i called them back again and they said it was for owing child support, mind u i don't have any kids! I have been trying to reach them and still no response as my account has been blocked, till this day i am wondering where all my money went and have got no feedback. DON'T TRUST BET365, they must be running a scam with the Rossman & Co company.

I used this site for a bit, had a few issues. Customer service sucks and when tried to take my money out I keep being told my my password or name isn't recognized. I changed my password, it's correct. I just want my money back but am going to give up. These guys can keep what's left. Never using this site again.
What a scam.

I created an account yesterday to bet on F1 this weekend, deposit and bet £10 then received an email this morning stating the account has been closed "due to the nature of my business". I can only assume by this they mean betting on a betting site. Contacted customer support as assumed it was a mistake and was informed that the account has been closed as a decision by their "commercial department" and they are refusing to give me my deposit back saying I will have to contact them again through support to claim if I win and will lose the money otherwise. I'm sorry but if I place a bet and you close my account with no reason, having broken no rules or violated any ToS, then you cancel the bet and refund the money. Absolute joke of a company, I assume they will only keep your account open if you're guaranteed to lose your money - avoid doing business with this company at all costs to save yourself money and hassle

They did not answer me during 10 days about my bet and after blocked my account, but returned money.

I made an account to bet365.com. Deposited some money and bing, they locked it. Sent them all documents they asked for verification. They were rejected, even the same ones have been accepted elsewhere.

Now 365bet's customer service has been telling me, I have to contact them via live chat to get my deposits back. Everyone knows it is not possible, as to get to the chat one needs to log in. I asked couple of times via email how to do that but "surprisingly" haven't got any reply, how to do that.

It's not a level playing field. When you win regularly they ban you or restrict your stakes. They only want losers and pretend they care with their daft adverts.

They should learn how to treat costumer they are very friendly at first but when you ger into you will see another face... please keep away from this only if you gonna play fixed games... don t use them to enjoy betting... I am a real player and I know what I am saying... many times I couldn t cash out before losing... I talk to service costumer they was nice at start but after they act so bad... please most gamblers losing but not in this way... and this is not how to treat costumers

Just bet on 3 matches in premiership darts, being successful on 2 of them. During the Anderson - Van Gerwen match was shown I could cash out for £200 but then unable to cash out and again for another 4 amounts until finally allowing me to cash out at £24! After calling customer services I was told that's the nature of the cash out facility despite telling them I was continuously pressing cash out and them admitting there had been an unusually high change in odds. Don't bloody offer it then as it's fraudulent! Would have cashed out before that match if I had known at a higher amount! Don't be duped by rubbish cash out facilities that don't exist!

Well this was last night I put two football bets on a mixture of bbts and just winners as an accumulator. Everything was coming in then the Fulham match got postponed... I thought ok so what happens now?

So I ring them up and the advisor said I'm sorry it's a technical error why you can't cash out. Every match came in except hull-Everton I picked hull to win and all my selections had came in on both bets and it was the 85th minute on the Hull game. My returns of two £2 bets was £3869 and the other one was £3204 so right now I would of cashed out cause Everton kept attacking but because of the technical error I couldn't... then obviously Everton scored so I got let down. I emailed bet365 stating this was really unfair then my account got suspended... bearing in mind I do football bets every week and I transfer ten pound then I get a call from an advisor telling me I have a gambling problem and they are closing my account. This is disgusting surely I can do something about this? Please help

I played here for a while mostly because they have a game that I seem to have a knack for. Generally the win ratio here is horrible but I had a lucky streak and initially they paid promptly and without too many problems. However when I began to make regular withdrawals (a few hundred a week for a month) they sent me a notice suggesting that I was a problem gambler. May be be a whiff of truth to that diagnosis but why did it become a an issue only after I began to win! I had to laugh when I saw that another person on this board was also diagnosed by Bet365 with CWS (Chrinic Winning Syndrome).

Well it got worse. Suddenly the games started to run very slowly. Taking up to a minute to download a game. I thought it was my computer at first but no, only Bet365! You would think when you invested your money in good faith and you won fairly they would honor that but apparently not.
