The sizing is not true! I am always a US size 6 and matched their 'cm' size exactly and the trousers they sent I couldn't even get over my knees. When I asked to return they only offered me a 40% voucher which I don't want to use and I have no idea what their sizing is. I have currently sent about 15 emails asking for a return address and all they keep saying is that it "wont get through Chinese customs". I have returned to china before so I don't know why they are different to other online stores. They are crooks.

Do NOT buy from this store they are scam artists! The sizing chart is NOT true to size and they do NOT exchange or refund. The customer service rep "Kate" tells me that they only exchange regular priced items not "sale" items, but every single item on their site is a "sale" item. She gave me a song and dance about the shipping costing more to ship back then buying another pair of pants at cost, so I'm stuck with 2 pairs of pants when it's THEIR fault the sizing chart is off! She told me to gift the ones that don't fit or keep them in case I lose weight? I've never had worse service in my life, beware of these scam artists people and spread the word about this ridiculous company! I'll write this review as many times as it takes to warn people.

I have had 3 pairs of the Blue Denim Pants for me and my daughters and we love them. Low waisted fit perfect to normal sizing. Also now just received three of the leather ones. Two low waisted and one high waisted for me to try a change. They are really amazing. Best jeans ever. So comfortable like a second skin. They are actually true to size. The high waist are my favorite. These pants can be worn casually or dress them up for work with a longer shirt and blazer. Will be back for more and high recommend. Thank you!

I purchased 2 pairs of the same pants in different sizes as I wasn't sure if they came up true to size. I didnt like either of them so started the return process well! They not only do not give refunds they also in effect do not exchange either. They give you some $#*! and bull story about it costing the customer too much to post them back so tell you to keep them and they'll send you a code to order something else. However the code is only the cost of the manufacturing the items ie. I spent £116 on the 2 pairs of pants the code they gave me took about £55 off the cost of 2 new pairs of pants. Leaving me with a total of £61 to pay for the 'exchange!' of 2 pairs of pants for 2 pairs of pants yeah! Go figure!
I am going back and forth on email with someone called Kate who like a broken record keeps repeating the fact I get to keep the 2 pairs of unwanted pants and I can gift them to someone. That's very kind of you Kate to make me a generous gift giver but nah! I'd like my £61 back in pants if not cash thx!

I got mine in 5 days to Ireland, I have to say service was fab lots of emails to let me know what was happening with the package... Thank you Kate.
As to the pants I bought 3 pairs, 2 leather and 1 jeans these are the most comfortable gorgeous pants I will live in them this winter.
I don't actually have any butt as I'm very slight. I bought small, they fit lovely and believe it or not they make what I do have look great. Not a Kardashian's butt, but nicely held up and shapely.
I can't recommend them enough, I will be buying more as I want the high waist and would like some different colors for summer.

I should have read reviews of this online store before I made this purchase.
I ordered my jeans December 2018 right before Christmas here it is the day after Valentine's day and they still have not arrived. And whoever this Kate Morrison person is (probably made up) keeps giving me this run around like why don't you call USPS and find out what happened - or - USPS encountered some shipping issues go ahead and give them a call. Like b**** this isn't my fault or my problem this is yours to fix give me my money back or give me my pants I didn't pay $75 for nothing

Placed my order on the 1st of February, paid for them to be here in 48 hours, it is now the 12th and they havent been shipped yet. KATE MORRISON whoever that is says they ran out of the size I ordered last week, I ordered 12 days ago and they should have been here before they ran out. Then KATE MORRISON wants me to send her my measurements to make sure I get the size I want, I ordered the size I wanted thank you. Its just a scam of a company, nothing she says make sense, just lie after lie. Wont give me money back just a joke of a company.

Hands down, #bestyogastore has the worst customer service of any online retailer EVER! I purchased the low waisted, faux leather pants at $70 each, plus $25 for 1 -2 day shipping. I did not receive my yoga pants for almost 2 weeks, even after paying for expedited shipping. The size was "okay" but I did not like the fit. I tried to call customer service only to find that there is no customer service, no human being at the end of any of the phone menu options. I emailed customer service and was told that there is NO return policy and NO exchange policy. I was told that I can spend even more money to buy more yoga pants (at a slightly reduced rate) and just hope that those fit. Paying $70 each for two pair of yoga pants is certainly not a cheap discounted rate, where you might expect junkie merchandise or a company that does not stand behind their product. But that's exactly what you get from the best yoga store, ill-fitting merchandise and awful customer service policies!

First off I ordered two pairs, but when the delivery service notified me shipment was out it said one pair. Second, I paid $20 for express 4 day delivery (which was offered through ups/fedex) and I was notified over a week later that my shipment is on its way through DHL (not UPS/Fedex). So over a week later I get notification that I will receive my order "before end of day". By 8p.m., it had still NOT arrived, so I called DHL and they informed me that "before end of day" means up until midnight! If a delivery man rings my door as late as midnight... I'm not open ring the door! So by that night around 9p.m., I received notification that my package was delivered... NOT to me! I try calling the phone number to Best Yoga store but you can't speak to a live person. I email them and they said I need to take it up with the delivery service. I put in a claim to delivery service but basically DHL says I need to take it up with the sender for resolution. I have not gotten a response from Best Yoga store regarding a refund as of yet! I paid $151 and have not received anything let alone a response! I now took it up with my credit card company. Don't do it and risk your money, you will only be frustrated!
