Our new Miele Vacuum arrived with the powerhead attachment damaged. One easy call to customer service and the replacement part was on its way overnight. I received it the next day and it included the return shipping tag for the damaged part. The measure of a good company is not that they don't occasionally have occasional problems, every company does, the measure of a good company is how the correct the problems that do arise- and BestVacuum provided me excellent customer service.
Update: The Miele Alize vacuum is fabulous! The super-fast, free delivery and the quality and performance of this item more than made up for my internet-caused ordering difficulties.
Not your fault, but your website got stuck when I clicked on the Paypal button. I called the store, and was asked to delete the page and fill the information in again. Site wouldn't come back up. Tried an hour or so later, and it took forever to go from page to page. Big delays. Almost went to another company to make the purchase as the price is the same everywhere.
Love my new Miele and after shopping around I chose Best Vacuum since their special was including the Hepa filter free! Everything arrived as promised, next day! I had not heard of them so was a little worried but they came through perfectly. Will definitely use them again.

Very easy site to navigate and by far the most comprehensive for my model Miele. You were the only site to specifically note the some of the s301i Red Star models take the SES110. My labels are worn out and I could not confirm the replacement model for the direct connect electric hose.
