Ordered filters for 2 Miele vacuums. Miele makes good quality filters for their models. Expected delivery to take longer past the weekend. But received them on a Thursday and was able to vacuum right away.

Easy. Free Hepa filter sealed deal. Tried to find coupon, but no success. The Alize vacuum came with the 650-3-AirTeQ combination hard floor/short pile rug attachment. The provided manual suggested not using the AirTeQ on easily scratched wood floors. Upon calling the Best Vacuum company, seller agreed to exchange the AirTeQ for what seller said would be "better" and swapped out the $89 AirTeQ for the $69 SBB 300-3 smooth floor attachment. I would have been better served if seller had sent the similar but wider $79 SBB 400-3 tool.

Have correct keyboard set up when asking for information -have numbers come up when numerical entries required;have underscore and@ symbol when e-mail required.
Easy and quick. But there are two bugs in your website:
1) default shipping address we filled in our account page is not loaded into shipping address at checkout
2) every time we click on an address field, it clears the entry -- system should only edit instead (active cursor)
