Smooth so far
I ordered on Monday and got the part quick.
We had already decided on a Miele, so we really appreciated the table that helped us decide which Miele to purchase. I ordered our Topaz and VOILA! It arrived the next day. We opened the boxes with our usual trepidation (we've had pretty dismal luck with buying big stuff in big boxes-- missing parts, broken pieces, etc.) but everything was there and ready to go. It's a lovely vacuum. There's isn't a rattly or shoddy thing about it. Even the little wheels seem to glide over my hardwood floors. It's very quiet and the suction is wonderful. I completely understand now why the Miele is one of the more expensive vacuums. I hope it lasts as long as its reputation promises!
