I ordered this umbrella for a party that I was having.
When it arrived the lights did not function. I contacted CS and within four hours was given instructions on what to check. I ran through the checks but still no lights and I contacted them. Again, within a couple of hours I received a response apologizing for the difficulties and an offer was made to replace it at no cost to me and to do what I wanted with the defective one. Since my event was over, I had no need for another one and I had located and repaired the wiring three days later and now the lights worked. I explained to the rep that the issue was resolved and no longer required a refund or replacement that I would just keep it and find a use for it.
They refunded the purchase price anyway with the explanation that because of the defect it did not work for my event!
This is way beyond good or great customer service, it is OUTSTANDING!
Do not hesitate to purchase products from this company. They stand behind their products completely!
I purchased 3 Jeeps for Christmas gifts for our grandchildren. Two of the jeeps ran perfectly but the other one was sluggish and would not keep a charge. I emailed the company and they were very apologetic and helped me out right away. They sent out a new one immediately. Thru all of the emails that was sent between us, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They were so easy to work with and I will definitely continue to give them my business.
You have all heard the saying, "It's not what happens to you, it's what you do about it." This Company believes in that wholeheartedly. Things can happen when products are made and shipped to the home. In my case, when I opened the box of a large and heavy foosball table game, everything was perfect except for one broken cup holder. When I contacted Best Choice Products they responded immediately. In fact, their email response started with "Warm greetings from Best Choice Products,". Pretty unusual wouldn't you say? They made my new foosball table whole in less than a week. It was overall a pleasant experience. Not too many times you can say that right? This Company lives up to their name. Best Choice Products is the best choice. I totally recommend them.
I advised BCP via email and photo that the top portion of my Christmas tree was smaller than the rest. They offered 25% discount which I accepted. They then offered a free replacement. I turned that down. The tree is quite nice so no need for a replacement.
I had an issue with an item I ordered. After a quick phone call they shipped me a brand new item to replace the one that had an issue. I LOVE good customer service!
I purchased a Christmas Tree from Best Choice Products, through Amazon, and am very pleased. The tree is beautiful. Just as importantly, I had an issue and contacted their website. My issue was handled promptly, professionally, and completely to my satisfaction. I will purchase from Best Choice Products again in the future and will recommend them to others.
I am beyond surprised at the customer service this company provides and the quality and look of the item. I took a chance and ordered a dining set without reviews. It came via FedEx, safely packaged and with clear instructions. I put it together alone in under 40 minutes. Highly recommend.
I ordered a cat bed from a website. There was a code for a discount. The purchase went through, but the discount code wasn't captured. I called Best Choice Products. A representative understood my problem; she verified the discount and told me the discount would be credited to my credit card and tip he time it would take.
I was notified when the charge was credited to my account.
I appreciated that the company kept me apprised of the situation.

As a parent of a toddler I am very upset. We attempted to purchase a replacement charger and remote control. Since we were gifted the assembled item we have no information. No matter how we asked this company refused to sell these parts to us. We now have a very very sad 2 year old on our hands. Best Choice Products YOU CAN DO BETTER! #buyersbeware
I purchased a 10 x 10 Cantilever umbrella. The base was damaged in shipping. When I called BCP they answered immediately. The customer support rep was courteous and very helpful. BCP did not have another base in stock so instead they shipped me out another umbrella. 10 days later I have not received the replacement umbrella. Call BCP and found the delivery drive made a mistake and delivered it to the wrong address. BCP promptly shipped out another replacement umbrella to me which I received in 3 days.
This is a great company with quality products and excellent customer service. I feel bad that BCP lost money on my purchase. The cost to them was 2 additional umbrellas plus shipping on each one. BCP took excellent care of me and made sure that I had the complete and undamaged product I ordered. BCP now has a loyal and returning customer.
I bought two Best Choice Products patio umbrellas based on a consumer magazine rating and have not been disappointed. They are beautiful colors, well made, and the lights underneath are great! I couldn't get one to light up, but their customer service person gave me 3 potential fixes and one worked and it was simple. Very happy with the product and the support.
Called customer service to have a part replace on my umbrella base because of wind damage. After speaking with the customer service person and sending them a photo Best Choice Product sent me a new umbrella base in just a few days. Very happy with support and fixing my problem.
I loved the umbrella I bought from Bestchoiceproducts. Unfortunately there was a problem after three weeks. The company quickly agreed to send a replacement without my having to return the unusable one. A few days later it was discovered that they could not replace the color I had and they wrote to tell me I'd be getting a total refund. They were so nice and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I will definitely use them again. They still sell the nicest umbrella at the best price too.
Had a problem with a part, asked to send it, but sent me a new complete order! They heads over heels to keep their customers happy!

Just bought a patio lounger from them. Everything was just as advertised. Good quality. Shipments were on time. At one point, I thought I was missing some hardware. I contacted Best Choice, and they immediately began to to process replacements. I ultimately found the hardware package and was able to cancel the replacement in time. The customer service was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely purchase another product from Best Choice.
I recently ordered 2 zero gravity chairs for the beach. I received them earlier than expected and am happy with the quality of these products. I had a small issue with one of the chairs, the accessory tray was not in the carton. I decided to call customer service to see if I could get a tray and spoke to Ray. He was very courteous and helpful. He did some checking and found that they could not send a new tray but instead is sending out a new chair! I informed him I would need to get the new one before I could send back the original as I didn't keep the packaging, his reply was "no need to return it"! It is so refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind thier product and has such outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them and will order from them again in the future!
Answer: My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
