I was a little unhappy with the colour quality of my first order and when I complained to you, you sent another set of pictures with no questions asked and no cost. The large package arrived quickly and very well wrapped. The improvement was visible and I am very pleased with the outcome. Your service is remarkable and I will definately order from you again. I ordered two items for a gallery and a gift. The shipping said it would take 3-5 days. I didn't receive any notifications or updates so I followed up THREE WEEKS LATER. They said that they haven't processed my order (but it was still charged to my credit card) and asked if I still wanted it, offering no further discounts to the delays or showing much concern, even when I complained. I paid for a spot in a gallery with nothing to show, because these guys were late and didn't tell me. If they had notified me, I would have made preparations to create another item, but I was hopeful that it would arrive in time.
If I hadn't followed up, they would have never sent it and would have still been charged for it.
This is horrible customer service. Although the product and the prices are good, the horrible customer service will make never come back. I would pay more to ensure better service. I will NEVER refer these guys.
I was extremely impressed with my experience with BestCanvas. I was able to customize my pictures easily as I ordered, and the pictures arrived quickly, each individually bubble wrapped, and the quality was great! If you are thinking of using this service, I'd suggest doing a bunch of pictures at once if you are so inclined - the shipping is a flat rate that does not increase regardless of the number of canvases ordered, so you get a much better deal on shipping if you are ordering all prints at once.
When ordering on the website you Should be able to pick me sizes of the uploaded image. Black and white images turn up overly bright and make the image hard to see with less detail. Great prices tho!
I was nervous at first aobut sending a high-quality image and getting a less than stellar print back. I worried for nothing! It came super-fast (within 5 days) and was a brilliant picture! This was a print I was selling, so I was taking a risk of a loss if it didn't turn out. I needn't have worried. I'll be using BestCanvas.ca again!
Great range of canvas products available. VERY quick delivery. Easy process to put my pictures onto the canvas. I have done 3 now and will be doing more.
The price was fair and my 60" x 40" canvas (which hangs in my living room) came out great.
This site offers great prices and timely shipping of their products. I have twice made purchases and was very pleased with the products. One item was not as straight as it should have been and when I emailed them about it they replied promptly and also immediately sent me a replacement. Very pleased!

A small white stripe near the left corner. Everything else is ok. I guess, I like how it looks and fits the image, so I'll keep this canvas without replacement :D
On Wednesday 11th I made an order and right after 7 days, the canvas is unpacked at home, right from the box. Looks smooth, elegant and tightly stretched! I am happy with purchase!
I must say I'm really surprised by all the positive reviews. I had a terrible experience
With this company. I ordered two large canvas prints in B&W and when they arrived they didn't look a thing like the originals I sent. They looked very over exposed and had a mauvish tint to them. I called the company and they were happy to redo the order but I had to wait much longer the second time around and had already missed the opportunity to give one as a wedding gift because of the first order. I was extremely disappointed when I received the second order and the change in the print quality was almost not noticeable at all. They were slightly darker but looked just terrible. I was really hoping that this would be my new supplier but the print quality was very poor. Customer Service was good though so that's the only reason I gave 1 star. There was a no hassle refund.
The frame corners stretched a bit of week but the issue is too small for non-experienced eyes. The rest is done perfect.
As for the canvas - it's great, catching and just awesome :)
I was stressed for the shipping, because it took about 2 weeks to receive ordered canvas. I understand, it's the shipping service fault and it keeps customer nervous while waiting.
As for the canvas, it's amazing. The quality is outstanding and the picture colors are awesome. I enjoy it a lot. I recommend Bestcanvas service for it's high quality canvases!

I tried few canvas printing companies before, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the color quality. With the bestcanvas I don’t have a single reason to complain. The colors are rich and well stretched. I’m happy with the product and the service as well.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered the large canvas as a present for my mother's 60th birthday. It arrived on time, and I was really happy with the quality of canvas. It is stunning! How is that possible for such a price?! I plan to order many more. Great deal!
