For twenty five years I shopped Best Buy exclusively for games, movies, software, and especially computers and electronics. Have noticed policy changes that don't favor customer anymore. Stopped shopping with them 4 years ago and never looked back! I would do without before I ever walked into another of their stores again!

Easy search features

Nice search features and I was able to pick up in store.
I did order something on BlackFriday (11/29) and am waiting for the package to show up (7 days and it's still waiting for UPS to pickup).
I guess I am spoiled by Amazon and waiting for more than a week is just too long for me.

I'm a big fan of Best Buy. The only reason I didn't give them 5 is pricing, which can be higher than most. However, Best Buy locations I've been to here in WV, always a great experience. Someone always willing to help and I like that.

I buy refurbish items and had quite a few headaches I checked them I said they sell electronics. So, got to the site purchased a blu ray for a fraction of the price sitll with me after few years. The tv stills going on too. So the refurbished items for sale in their site are reliable.

Did you know that Best Buy sells their Computers at a loss and only make money on accessories and warranty plans?! It's True! If you need a computer this is the place to buy it! Also Look for OPEN BOXES for even BETTER DISCOUNTS! If your smart you will also get the Geek Squad policies! They are worth it! Need a Computer? Buy yours from Best Buy! They also have INCREDIBLE BLACK FRIDAY DEALS! I am going to get everyone a computer for X-Mas! I have spent more money at Best Buy than I do in groceries!

The driver showed up on time about 9:30 as promised between 8 and 10 AM.

Told me in broken English "Won't turn on." After verifying power to the extension cord I asked about a "... temperature setting control?" I wasn't understood. Finally, I located the control, turned it up (or down for colder?) and the freezer started to hum.

I'd give Bust Buy FIVE stars for delivery and three stars for "installation."

Bestbuy is honestly the best place to shop electronics. Never had a problem with my purchases so far, and i'm planning to get much more from their site... especially, now that christmas is coming, it's gonna be creazy! Hope their customer service can take it

I buy my computers from Best Buy and I always buy the geek squad service. This service has saved my so much trouble over the years. No matter what happens to the computer they take care of it. I love the service and the peace of mind that I have with it. I highly recommend them.

They are getting better

They got so much better! Changing my former review. I got such great deals since black friday, i still can't believe some of the prices. And free delivery to home with much of it. Stuff always delivered really fast, too. Pick up in store much better even in the xmas rush.

Web site much better for searching too.

Great shopping online for all those gifts that are just on sale for a short time on Black Friday! I was on Holiday and not remotely close to a store so I jumped online and ordered my gifts. I found that the site was super easy to use. I got everything on the gift list, the night they went on sale, free shipping and delivered in time for Christmas. Only a few items out of stock but later shipped at sale price when in stock.

Take the crazy Black Friday shopping to a better experience from your couch.

I always get great service - when I can get a salesperson away from another customer! They don't always have what I want, but the sales guys do their best to figure out the answers if they don't know it. (Nobody's perfect). Decent prices. I'd recommend.

Employees and managers were too busy putting boxes in peoples way to help me find a $300 GPS that I wanted out of a cabinet will not be shopping there for my Christmas. As a matter of fact I just purchased some items the other day I will be bringing them back I will get them somewhere else

There are certain items I actually have to purchase here just based on how close they are to my house... But I Still have NEVER HAD BEST BUY HONOR ANY MEET OR BEAT PRICES FROM OTHER STORES. Ive even been told that the deal was too good... Unacceptable!

The "Best"

I have always bought my computers and laptops and cameras at Best Buy and I have always bought the extra protection because if something happens to your product you can take it back and the Geek Squad knows exactly what they're doing. They have the smartest people working there ever.
