Spectacular!

Wanted to buy a Tablet, but was not sure of all the techy description being given. Called customer service and clarified doubts, but still felt a bit hesitant as to the final click to buy. The rep sensed my hesitation and told me to go to the store before that final click as to be completely confident with my purchase. I did just that and low and behold, all that I was told online, was certified in store. I did go again online, called the rep and gave him my business and thanks.

Order Support Is Awful

I tried to order a pair of Beast earbuds on the Best Buy website yesterday, and paid the extra $10 for 1 day shipping so I would get them today. I then got an email saying that Best Buy would be crediting me back the $10 because my order was now delayed another 22 days. I tried to just cancel the order at that point so I could go to a Best Buy store 6 miles away to get the earbuds, but the policy states that you have to cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. This makes sense if your item can ship as normal, but makes no sense if your item will not ship for 3 weeks! I was on the phone with the support team (who has no authority to cancel), and asked to speak with a supervisor. However, I was told that the supervisor was "TOO BUSY TO TALK TO ME" and would have to call me back later. Not what you want to hear after being on the phone for 20 minutes already. I will never be buying anything from Best Buy again, and am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled.

Great Sale Prices

For the patient buyer that chooses what they wants and waits for the right price, Best Buy is a great place to check regularly. Online shoppers can often get free delivery and if there is a problem can return at the store, a big time saver. If you are also an eBay shopper, you can use the Best Buy site to find what you want then buy it on the Best Buy eBay store to also score eBay Bucks.

For those impulse and immediate replacement purchases of quality electronics and computer accessories, Best Buy frequently has the best regular price as well.

It was finally time to get the bigger, 4k TV of our dreams. Target caught our eye with a sale TV on sale... killer sale. But they were sold out in no time so we checked around and everyone was sold out. So I said just check online... sure enough there it was same sale price with free shipping. So I'm starting there next time to save the grief

So convenient

I can browse at home, then I can either kick back and wait for my stuff to come to me, or I can run in the store and pick it up and it's been paid for and waiting for me. They'll even gift wrap it for me if that's what I want.

As in some other similar stores - the shworoom really rocks! You can come and hold/test/consult about everything, so when you decide on the purchase - you already know what you`re buying! And then its time to search for the best price and the most reliable shop for you.

Sadly only place in town

So I bought some headphones recently, on sale, very good price. Get an email stating they don't have the item. Hmmm, where have I seen these fake items before (check TigerDirect). Get a $15 credit. OK. Was really pissed though. Went online, after the Black Friday/Boxing Day sale and sure enough, the same item was in stock, and at a store near me. Selected, for pickup, same price + the credit. Viola. This and their horrible site during the large sales are why you get 3 stars. Still, sadly, the only place we have to shop, in Canada for electronics.

Beware of Best Buy

I will never ever buy from Best Buy ever again. They have very terrible customer service very rude personal. I had purchased a tv from them online had set up installation and warranty. Delivery date was set and installation date was set. In my delivery date got a call that there was a delay on my order so there was a change on my delivery date and installation. Make long story short. The delivery date was changed twice. I was out a month since I had placed the order on my tv. On the last time I asked to speak with a supervisor they investigate came to find out that tv was unable to get delivered in my area due to the fact it was a large tv. It took they a month to let me know that I was not going to get my tv. Upon on my calls trying to get answers the customers rep kept hanging up on me. I was also getting transfer to the wrong departments. Best Buy has very terrible customer service and they also don't appreciate their customers. Buyers beware of Best Buy!
