Got approved for a lease through Progressive Leasing. I ordered multiple products. Check out was easy but I selected all the free delivery options and was still charged $20 for delivery, which was supposed to be delivered today but hasn't been. Delivery for those 2 items will be tomorrow. One item was supposed to have been shipped last week and delivered tomorrow but wasn't picked up by the carrier until today and is scheduled for Wednesday. So in total I'm waiting on 6 items to be delivered in the next few days.

What a disappointment

I wouldn't even give 1 star but it was the lowest option. Absolutely the WORST experience possible! I spent 4000 on a fridge and stove scheduled a delivery on the only day they had available (Saturday). I missed my sons football game to make sure we got our appliances. We have been without both for a week. I got a text from the support at 11:03 saying they are on the way, to expect them by 11:40... come 1:45 I called support, after 45 mins getting transferred to everyone and their mom I talked to a Chelsea Combs and she said the drivers came but nobody was home. COMPLETE BS! She said it's so weird that they didn't try and call me nor did they call dispatch. Not weird they just didn't want to do the delivery and install. So she said only thing they can do is reschedule for ANOTHER week! I said that wasn't acceptable and she said there's nothing they can do. I asked for a manager or someone who can help and she told me nobody can do anything. What a disappointment BEST BUY smh I've spent so much money here over the years and I swore by Best Buy until now. What terrible support what terrible delivery shame on this company DO NOT BUY from them go anywhere else but here!

Unhappy Customer

They are the worse! They do not delivery what they promise, when they install they do it wrong, they reschedule time and time again, they don't know what they are doing. Unprofessional. If I could give them a rating less than 1, I would! -20 stars is what they deserve. We will never buy from them again, and I will definitely express this to all of my family, friends, business associates, collogues, and acquaintances.

Worst experience.

Bought a camera. My trip got cancelled. I went to return but surprised to know the store is charging. 15% re-stocking fee. I told the associate but he was confident I signed agreeing to it. I opened my app and checkout another camera but then it didn't ask me to sign any re-stocking fee.

This is so aweful. Of all the things the store manager was arrogant.

Hacked

Best Buy got me Hacked.
First, let me start by saying that Best Buy never posted my negative review for this item, there are very selected posting reviews, so if it's a negative review, they will block your review.
On July 4,2021, I purchased Avast Ultima from Best Buy. BestBuy provided me a link that never worked. I asked for support, and they had me talk to support that didn't know what they're doing, so I was told they would scale my complaint and that I would receive a response later. I wasted almost 3 hours on the phone. Well, I went to Facebook, where I posted my complaint, and Deysha from BestBuy asked me for my name, email, and phone to help. She was useless too.
I got a phone call from someone that stated he was from BestBuy-GeekSquad Support and that he was assigned to help me with my case, so he logged into my computer, but I got suspicious when he blanked my computer screen and starting asking me about my banking. I told the hacker to stop spying on my computer, but by then was too late. He had spied on my computer and initiated a transfer from my PayPal account into his XOOM account.
Best Buy refunded my money $14.99 because they're unable to contact the supplier, the supplier that they trusted with their customer's sensitive information.
The Geek Squad wanted to charge me over $400.00 to remove viruses and back up my information for a problem created by them.
Within 10 minutes of stopping the hacker on my computer, a transfer for $435.73 was initiated from my PayPal to XOOM, so beware of buying downloads from Best Buy. They turned their back on me and refused to help.
The Geek Squad is a joke!

Self pick up

When I arrived to the warehouse office the receptionist greeted me very warmly and professionally. She asked for my receipt and ID. I informed her that I needed to do two trips and she said no problem and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Thank you for having employees with a great attitude and knowledge. Thank you Arcarla and Adolfo warehouse man (not sure of spelling)

I placed an order for delivery, was given an expected delivery date two days later, but in the day of delivery, without so much as an email notification, the date was changed to add an additional 17 days before delivery. I ordered on the 9th, was originally due the 11th but in that day it suddenly became the 28th. I immediately canceled and had to wait until the 25th for my refund to post…. Will NEVER shop there online or in store EVER again.

My wife bought me AirPods for Father's Day. She bought them on June 5th to make sure they would arrive by the June 20th date. I waited a whopping 3 days to open the box and discovered she bought the standard model, though she intended to purchase "AirPod Pro". I called Best Buy to exchange and pay the increased price to get the Pro model only to find they have a 15 day return policy! How can you buy a gift online and return it in 15 days! An unreasonable policy which is serviced by a group that doesn't care.

I am extremely upset about my customer service from Best Buy's delivery service. No one has even bothered to follow up the first time they failed to do my delivery of my range. Then I found out they falsified records stating the driver was at the property but the note was entered 15 minutes before his arrival? I have spent my day sitting at my rental property because NO ONE confirmed a delivery and supervisors are too busy to call me back. The corporate office is a joke. They gave me an attitude when I asked for the Escalation Department. I will shred my Best Buy credit card and NEVER use them for another delivery again. This is disgusting and no one at this company even cares they wasted my time-an entire day and caused me unnecessary stress. Do NOT use this company -you will not be happy.

Best Buy advertises amazing deals on product that is not in stock. They say free shipping however, they truly do not deliver on that offer. Pun intended. They offer no resolution to an advertised item that has ceased to exist. They refuse to offer a comparable item at the sale cost they advertised. All in all they are the worst in customer satisfaction in my home.

Bought $2200 worth of appliances, stove, dishwasher, micro wave. Found a better price when bundled with a competitor of $140, BestBuy would not match the price I got. It's a shame when a lumber yard out sales an appliance giant for the same exact products.

Let Me just say that best But Customer Service is a joke. First I don't get the Item I ordered because imbecile in the Warehouse didn't get My Item I ordered for My Friends Birthday in the dang Package. Then on top of that I had to call over 40 times within a 2 day period because Incompetent useless Non American Representatives not answering the phone properly or doing anything to help Me out other then make Me more mad by wasting My time and lying to Me and putting Me in hold for over 30 mins and still not getting anywhere. Best Buy Owes Me over 400 Dollars and I am now taking action against the Company for not refunding Me for an Item I never got. They will wish they had never messed with Me by the time I have Everyone I know including Myself leave tons of long and detailed negative reviews all over the internet and file conplaints with BBB and CRA and get My bank and Lawyer involved.

Absolutely worst online shopping experience, they wasted 4 days of my life just to put one simple order, I bought the first item and they canceled it right before I picked it up at the store, then I had to wait two days for the refund to arrive (it was a big amount, $2k) so that I could purchase it again. Then I spent another hour with them on live chat to make sure I am doing everything right, and they canceled the order AGAIN right before I went to the store. Horrible, horrible customer service, you call them and there is no one to help, they just make excuses and wait for you to get pissed off and just drop the call.

Don't bother with best buy. They will give you the run around. Their website is defunct. It will send your item to a wrong addresses even when specifically telling it where to ship

And to boot they're un-compassionate, outsourced service will waste your precious time and fill it with lies and canned responses. And will be off absolutely no help at all.

Consider purchasing else where.

Best Buy is Worst Buy

Not enough room to post all of what happened. I bought a refrigerator open box. I didn't care if it had a scratch on the side, but you think someone would have plugged it in to see if at least the lights come on before they delivered it! It was completely dead on delivery. It is now 18 days since they picked up the dead fridge and I have not yet been reimbursed. Yesterday I went to the store and no one would help me except to say a check was mailed 13 days ago. MAILED! Why not credit the credit card I used? If your mail is like mine you know how "secure" my reimbursement check is. This is just the highlight. There were many other bad customer service issues.
