On 4/26 I purchased 2 Samsung phones from the Sunrise, FL Best Buy as my and my wife's phones needed replacing. They shipped from 2 different stores, arrived 5/2. The box from the Florida City store, reference # **************, arrived empty and had a lighter shipping weight. I called Customer Service and opened case # *******. Meanwhile, on 5/1, I bought a third phone form Best Buy. Today, I got an email form Best Buy stating they now refuse to refund payment for the phone that was never sent. I will fight this and no longer patronize Best Buy. I do not recommend doing business with them.
Ordered an ipad for my mom's anniversary for same day shipping. Didn't get it. Spent 55 mins on call! No ipad for 3 days. Cancelled my order and have a case I'd for refund. All this for one **** ipad. I am done with best buy for ever.
I purchased 2in1 dell laptop on 3/21, kid went away and start using it around 4/18. Computer shows strange message every 30-40 mins and go back to reboot mode. When I chat online for help I was told that return date is passed so I can't return. I remind the representative that I am not calling for return. I called in to report issue and looking for technical support. I was told that take to nearest Best Buy but Best Buy will charge me to fix the problem. I requested if your product is not working what I have to do with this. I requested to open dispute and let's see what happened. I heard this first time in my life. With in 30 days, product not working as per standard and Best Buy telling me I have to pay them to provide me support.

I purchased an 86" LG TV, had it installed by Best Buy in 2020. Within that year, the panel went out... luckily it was under warranty. There is only a one year warranty. Offered. They don't offer extended warranties. I've had this TV since September 2020 and by March 2022 (1 1/2 years) the panel went out and because the warranty was expired, it will cost me over $1500 to fix. My concern is, if I pay for yet another panel, what is to say there isn't something wrong with the tv that is causing the panel to stop working. I would think that after only a year and a half, Best Buy would make an effort to make this right. A $2000 tv should last longer than 1 1/2 years. Trying to speak with management was next to impossible as I was passed around from person to person who continually told me there was nothing they could do for me... but when I asked to speak to someone higher up to plead my case, I was given the run around. Very disappointed. I have many products in my home that are LG (and I even called them, but they said there was nothing they could do). How sad that neither LG or Best Buy will stand by their products and replace something that should not discontinue working. This large tv literally takes up the entire wall, is never touched (remote control use only). I'm really saddened as I just can't afford to replace this TV, which was initially purchased as a gift from my kids after losing my husband (movie date nights were our favorites and knowing it would be emotionally difficult to go to the movies... they wanted to bring the movies home for me). Best Buy... I thought better of you!
I purchased a used iPhone from best buy to replace one that was broken. I paid 465.00 for it. When I received it I connected it to my Verizon account and immediately started having problems. It would not stay connected to the network, you had to turn it off and on to reconnect, and it would only stay connected for a short time. I took it to Verizon who said it was the phone itself. I contacted Best Buy who agreed the phone was defective and sent me a shipping label to return it. It was received bu Best buy on March 16. They informed me that it would take 10-14 business days for the refund. After 14 days no refund was issued. I contacted Best Buy who said they "accidentally" sent the phone back to me for some reason. So now I have a broken phone that they held onto for a month. Best Buy is now saying the return period has passed. Unbelievable! Save your time and money and stick with Amazon!
The Geek Squad protection etc is a RIP-OFF! They don't honor most of their terms and they try to give you the run around when trying to cancel your subscription.
They'll keep you on hold, hang up, different employees will tell you different things etc.?

I would take all stars from this company. I paid in full for my whole house appliances purchase. They scheduled a delivery and installation more than 15 times. All they did just promise we will take care this time and did not show up. I had to spend around $3,000 more just because of their mismanagement. I had no cooktop for 3 weeks, no washer/dryer for around 6 weeks and Microwave oven for 2+ months, no ice line on refrigerator, no dishwasher for 2+ months. I spent around $700+ just to install Cooktop and Microwave/Oven. I spent 50+ hours over the phone. And what they reimbursed me? $800. I lose over $2,200. Will never go to BestBuy again.
After claims and disputes made with Best Buy, I still have yet to receive my refund on a purchase made 12/8/2021 that was damaged in the mail and UPS filed the claim on 12/21/2021. They then told me on the phone today that $129.39 was refunded to my account which I have no documentation of on my account and my purchase was made for $181.64. I filed another claim today so hopefully, I will be refunded. Their reply so far has been "The documentation shows you did not cancel the service or return the merchandise according to the merchant's terms". If I never received it how can I return it? I also called them on 12/21/2021 to let them know UPS said it was damaged and what did I need to do. They said "once the claim is submitted by UPS, you will receive a refund". 3.5 months later I am still fighting to get a refund. I'd give them 0 stars if it were an option.
I went into this store for the first time looking to buy a refrigerator and received the most helpful and friendly customer service who was super competent and informative. It took me less than hour for the order to be placed and paid. Best of all it was delivered in 2 days. I commend their customer service and I am highly satisfied with my purchase there.
Best Buy the one in Clearwater off Rte 19. I went into the store and the sign at the entrance stated minimum staff sue to Covid. This covid is just about covered but never the less they had minimum staff. The staff was certainly busy taking care of the things they were told or had to do that day. Certainly not helping customers. One staffer was busy talking to I presume a manager but no problem he didn't stop to help anyone. All other staffers were busy doing their own thing. One staffer I asked for help pointed me in a directions as to where I could look. God forbid he leave what he was doing to show me or assist. Other customers were walking around looking for help as well. When it says minimal staff apparently they mean minimal help as well.
Got my gaming pc from best buy quality is awsome pricing was great ryzen 7 3700x with rtx 3060 ti customer care was also great highly recomend going to best buy just a great overall experience
I bought a stove from Best Buy. Progressively over the year the stove became less operative. After weeks of discussion with Best Buy they referred me to their third party administrator- Sedgwick. Sedgwick is a maze to connect with and nothing gets resolved. It's been months and I'm still navigating a dysfunctional system to work with what has been determined to be a defective product. Do not buy appliances through Best Buy. It's a bad experience if something goes wrong.
Ordered a dishwasher and it never showed up. 3rd party delivery (no speak English). 4 hour windows and then they don't show. Best Buy SUCKS!
I returned 2 batteries that were unopened on 01/18/2022. Best Buy return center in Kentucky received the items on 01/24/2022. Since then, I called customer service three times to find out why I never received a credit. I got nowhere the first two times. On the third time, 6 weeks later, I was told the batteries are not returnable, and they will ship them back to me. Their return policy on https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/pcmcat*******014.c?id=pcmcat*******014 clearly states "opened consumable items including health supplements, health test kits, batteries…" are not returnable. The batteries I returned were UNOPENED! It didn't matter to "customer service". I will never buy another product from Best Buy. There are too many other options available.

I called the day "Best" Buy delivered a 72" TV Stand that cost me just over $600 to say it was broken beyond repair. They said they would send UPS to pick it up. Two months later and MANY MANY calls to them and communications with their Fakebook representative, I've been told twice that they can't help me because I'm not outside of their standard return window. REALLY?!? This isn't my fault - it's YOURS! And I'm stuck with a 100+ pound box of broken wood pieces and Best Buy gets to keep over $600 of my money. What's wrong with this picture? NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN - I promise!
We looked at a computer in a Best Buy store and were told the computer was not in the store, but was available in another store. The salesman told us we could pay there and go to the other store to pick it up. We paid and left the store. Shortly afterward, we received a text that the computer was not available for pickup, but that they would message us once the computer was ready. Again, we waited, but were then informed the store did not have the computer we had purchased. I spoke with someone on the phone from the company who agreed to ship us the computer, guaranteeing it would arrive in the next week (this was important because the computer was a gift). Not only did the computer not arrive in a week, it never shipped. In fact, we waited on it for a few more weeks in the hopes it would still come. Finally, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I had to call in and speak to someone so they would process the refund, which still took about 3 days longer than they promised. In summary, they failed on numerous occasions and made no effort to help us once they had our money. They are simply not trustworthy.
Wish I could do 2 reviews. In store service was 5 star, thanks to Kendrick. Bestbuy credit would not allow use to use our new in store credit card on our washer and dryer purchase losing us the 10 percent credit on our purchase. So watch out for the bestbuy bait and switch.
Ordered from sears and they damage by refrigerator. Re-ordered the same one from Best buy and it arrived safe and delivery guys were polite. The price was higher than sears but it was fine since they offered delivery faster. Thank you guys

Answer: I would write a letter to your state's attorney general. There are laws regarding taking advantage of senior citizens. I would specifically ask for documentation from Best Buy in which your grandmother gave them permission to recycle her 18 month old computer. If they cannot produce that document they may be in very big trouble with the state's attorney general. I would also write the BBB and contact your public officials. This I think would be paramount to theft if your grandmother did not give them permission to recycle her computer. On the flip side of things, ASUS is a very good machine. My son is a computer scientist and swears by ASUS. I have three ASUS machines one of which is over 5 years old and it is a workhorse. Unless something significant happens in the ASUS business world, I will continue to buy ASUS!
