I orderd a dozen berries but when we opened the box there were only 11. I spent over an hour on hold on their customer service line and after 65 minutes when the lady answered all she said was OH! And hung up.

RIP-OFF

Wife was terribly disappointed. Berries were small to tiny, irregularly shaped, half melted. One actually had a hair on it. The whole selection looked old. Definitely bottom shelf stuff. Tried to call customer service, phone connection the absolute the. All I could hear was it was somewhere off-shore (India, Pakistan, who knows). Please do not support this rip-off. They used to be good but NO MORE. Save your money

I placed an order and when completed it showed delivery on Thursday or Friday. Now on Friday it shows that they will be delivered on sat. No one is there on sat at the business for delivery. Tried to contact them about this and I called from 4 different phones and every phone was breaking up when trying to speak. Customer service rep just kept saying that my phone was breaking up and I tried to tell her it wasn't my phone. Also was charged extra for sat. Delivery that I didn't authorize. Never Again Poor Business ethics

Bad Experience TWO Twice!

Last year, I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers, my lady was embarrassed at what she got, and I had them delivered at her job, so this year, I decided to try SharisBerries, the experience was sooooo bad. SharisBerries is a big rip off, don't buy. If you call with a problem, you get folks that can't speak or understand English, and are not able to help fix the problem. I canceled my order, and will not do business with them again.

I ordered a Valentine's dDay order that was "guaranteed" delivery by the 12th -- Just to receive a tracking number confirmation from them & the carries confirm that it won't deliver until the following day. Because THATS what I paid $24.99 in "shipping" for... Of course! BS! On top of that --To get a rep that CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH! -- Blows my mind furiously -- And to explain myself 5 times --- Forget it! I'm done!

Terrible - 3/4 of berry was Green, white and unrippened. Tasting of weird tart chemical - Size of my husbands thumb, yet shown and paid for " Gourmet " size.
What a disapointment - on every level.

Don't waste your time. Prices look great... until you get to the final invoice page where you're just about to click to confirm your order when you notice that the 4.99 standard shipping charge you selected earlier in the ordering process is now 35 dollars for a 30 dollar box of 12 strawberries. Shari's Berries AKA THIEVES.

I can't believe these people are allowed to advertise on Talk Radio with reputable hosts. The deal for V-Day was $39.99 for a dozen assorted roses and 6 gourmet berries. You go through the whole selection process where it says standard shipping to be delivered on 2/11 and/or 2/12 is free then all of a sudden when you go to checkout and all of a sudden your total is $71.67. What? How? Called customer service (in India apparently as others have said) and after explaining myself 4 times, I was put on hold while she spoke to a supervisor. She comes back and says $14.99 charge is because the roses and berries are packed separate. Really? Did anyone think they'd be wrapped up in the same box? PLUS, she says the extra $9.99 is because the berries are an extra special gift. What?!? The deal was for BOTH! Horrible! And illegal!

It said my order was $39.98 then when I go to cart it says $49.98 plus $22.00 for shipping. Why hasn't anyone filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General or the FTC? I think I am going to.

Strawberries and cheese. Total 50. Then 30 for shipping what. They are going to the same place. But they want 14.99 for the strawberries and 16.99 for the cheesecake. Crazy. I thought I would give them a second chance after the major screw up they did, didn't deliver on time and then strawberries were broken and rotten. Not again, this is so sad. Tried talking with a person through shari berries and all she said was our order was delivered I said I haven't ordered yet, she repeated the same then 3 more times. Then she said it would be 30 because it is snowing. Are you serious!?!?!?! When I said that doesn't make sense she said that is the price and thats it. I called back and finally got the answer that every item you buy you pay 14.99 plus on.

They lead you to believe that shipping is free and you only pay extra for certain days or special times. When you get to the very last ordering screen they add the $14.99 "standard delivery", which I missed until AFTER I placed my order. Not transparent, Deceptive. Dishonest. Fraudulent. Do not order from this company!

Thought I would splurge and get my wife some flowers and a selection of these over-priced eight dollar a piece dipped strawberries and some pops and cherries. Total of four items. I selected a saturday delivery which was an extra $8 delivery charge. All four items for same address, same day delivery. I get to checkout and the standard delivery plus extra was applied to EACH item. $16.99+8.00. So over $100 dollars to deliver this small amount of stuff. I honestly don't know how they have any customers. My wife would really rather have the $250 to spend on a myriad of other things.

What a shipping rip off. $14.95 to ship normally... if I want it in the morning it will cost me another $5.00. So if I ordered it I'd receive them the end next week. The berries were $20 and the shipping was $20 something really wrong here! Rip off company!

Shipping charges

Had order complete until checkout where I discovered the shipping charge for standard delivery which was illustrated as free. I did not want to go through all the rebate hassle to get free delivery. Very misleading and unnecessary. I did not finish order.

I had three of the very same items sent to one address, mine... and Shari-Berries charged me three shipping cost of $ 14.99 EACH or a total of $ 44.97! I will NEVER order from this company again... it's a racket!

I ordered once from you on Valentine's Day and the Berries were very Large and Juicy! I ordered an Assortment of 12 Berries from you for my wife for Christmas. I had it delivered early because we went to Las Vegas for Christmas. I was very Dissatisfied with the Berries I received. If I wanted small Berries I could buy them at Wal-mart and Dip them myself. Over the years, I have received Sherries berries chocolate covered strawberries as gifts and have ordered them for my household for the holidays and they used to be delicious, but not anymore. I had noticed the quality go downhill and haven't ordered them in a couple of years but tried again this year and this year was the worst! They were a big disappointment especially when we were all looking forward to them at the holidays. The family ended up picking the chocolate off some of the strawberries and we threw the rest away.
They arrived on time but only because I ordered them early in the month of Dec, but the box was wet, the ice pack was melted and the gel inside it was leaking out of holes. The chocolate coating was sweating and melting and was cracked but the worst part was the size, quality and taste of the strawberries. They were rotten, mushy and had a very strong chemical or fermented taste to them. Awful! We called and they wanted to send out a replacement but I refused and took the credit. We will not be ordering from there again.
