It took more than the two rush mailing days. I called the 800 number who apologized to me and said that the extra shipping and handling would be removed from my account.

It's wonderful to find a real leather belt instead of those fake pleather ones which delaminated after a few months. Beautiful style, nice and sturdy.
I had two of the same belt that I ordered sized 34. I had lost some weight so they became too big. I ordered a size 32 expecting the belt to be 2"s smaller but it was 5 inches smaller. My wife has a new belt now. Nice quality but totally unreliable sizing.
