Good quality, sturdy suspenders that hook onto the belt rather than clamping onto the pants. It saves your pants from getting chewed up over time by the alligator teeth on other suspenders that clamp onto your pants.

I'm a big fan of the side clip suspenders anyway, and these are real pretty especially because of the bondage-looking connectors in the back. The adjustment clips stay where they're supposed to stay and the elastic feels high-quality.

Found HD, belt attached suspenders and the function very well. Most comfortable.

Belts are fine but the buckles do seem a little thin and cheap time well tell how the hold up.

This company's customer service is outstanding. I required assistance with my order because of a delay, that was not their fault and they kept in contact and were responsive and helpful. You don't find that these days. THANK YOU again.

The order was easy; I want to exchange the items for a different size and the auto mated system will not work for one of the items; states the item isn't eligible for exchange.
I emailed for help and have not hear back as of now.

Part of the purchase was coming from mfg in US. Since it is hand made, it was delayed. Cust. Service rep was pokite and informative.
They even sent me 2 notifications to ask if merch was delivered yet. The 1st time they sent the email was before it even shipped.
If I ever have need of anything they are selling I would not hesitate to use this company.
I avoid amazon whenever possible because they put these smaller companies out of business.
So I am happy to support the smaller company especially when they shoe integrity.

Ordered disparate items -- clothing and leather key holder; got both on time and in good order, plus they're really quality items at excellent prices.

I paid for expedited service so that it would arrive before Christmas, but it arrived after Christmas. Had I known it would not arrive on time, I would not have paid the extra money. I believe it was $20.

After I had made my decision and purchased, I found myself wanting to know when I could expect my order. Upon emailing Belt Outlet, customer service and I discovered my package was lost in the process of being shipped to me. I was given three choices.
