Great experience! A little long to deliver but understand with COVID delay. But they were worth the wait!

Shocked at the fact that the jumpsuit didn't look like the picture Northern material was the same don't know why people always pulling you in for the pictures and they're actually doesn't look like

I ordered 82.00 worth of cloths for vacation. Whe I spoke with customer service they said it takes 7 to 10 business days. Which was a lie. I ordered on March 30 today is April 14 and the order has not been, processed packaged, or shipped. I requested a refund and was told I had to pay 10% for what!? The order had not been Processed, Packaged l, or Shipped. I want a full refund

Was not disappointed will be shopping again thanks

It was really an easy process, that was one of the reasons why I did it. If it was to difficult I would have not finished the sale

The wig was my only issue. I ordered this wig based off the picture and when it arrived the wig was nothing like the picture. I am so upset. I was really looking forward to receiving this wig.

They took a long time to arrive as needed them for an evening event.

Then the colour wasn't as shown on the website, so therefore no good. Customer services refused to refund the full cost of the jackets and give an address to send them back. Very disappointing.

This item took way to long to get to me and when i got it it didnt fit. And I cant return it or be refunded!

I loved the clothes I ordered however the shipping was extremely long it took a month for me to get my order.

This was my 2nd order. I was pleased more this time because I've lost a few lbs. So, needed a smaller size.
