Still not received my order from 20th march and no one is helping and ignoring email

Wait time to receive items is nerve racking. So long.

The wait was long but everything fits...I love all the pieces. I had 11 suits

Easy to order. I'm 5ft so was expecting to have to take up. Item fitted well but fabric had obviously been cut wrong as the body of jumpsuit really short and unwearable

Never again they take long to deliver and long to dispatch

Took along time for delivery - no reply from customers service, i still dont have goods from March and its now May

The shopping cost si expensive and the product size does not correspond. At the end I spend a lot of money buying something useless

They kept pestering me about whether I had received two items in January and sent pictures the size of a postage stamp. Also the tracking number I had indicated the items were still in transit. I finally had to download the postage stamps to see what the fuss was about. I still haven't found one of the items in my wardrobe but I'm sick of dealing with these people. When I told them I'd not do business with them again, their response was a "we don't care" OK.

Processing takes longer than stated. Some of the items are not as seen.
However on a whole 80% of the orders where lovely.

Shipment process a little lengthy, but satisfied with the products.

Products great, products came in good timing, no hassle in ordering, and everything fits just perfect
