The site was not as user friendly as expected, however the customer service team was nice. The response turn around time was awesome.

Didn't like the material of the clothing, tried to contact the company to send back and get a refund, but I got no answer through their live chat

The items that I ordered were very nice and reasonable priced. They were the same items that boutiques are offering at a higher price.

I ordered 3 items, which I couldn't track down because I was given a wrong tracking number. I was later given the correct one after 3 weeks of waiting. After a number of inquiries, they told me that one of the items I ordered,was out of stock and that's why I had to wait longer. The items finally arrived close to 4 weeks of ordering.

The quality was really terrible for the two items and the sizing was wrong. I asked to return the items but they insisted that I remain with the items with a refund of 30%. I was told that the return process was tedious and I would have to pay for the return. This was ridiculous as i paid close to £40 for the items and got back around less than £6, remaining with the items that I have to throw away.

I will not be ordering from you again.

It was professional and effecient. Notification was done in a decent time frame and product was good

Order came too late I wasn't happy it took long and abit too tight on me but cat return it I will probably not get a renewal or refund

Placing my order was easy, confirmation for order was recieved quick, but two weeks later I had no further info about the status and shipping of my items. I then had to reached out to klarna for help and that's when a couple days later they email me that my items was shipped except for one item that was out of stock.

Item takes too long to arrive and the quality was not good.
