Shopping online was easy with all sites so the this question is pointless
I got my products right away the website was easy to navigate tracking number was given to me in my email right away and products a good material as shown on the website
The prices are so low you can justify throwing the stuff away if you don't like it (and you just might do that).
The products I received appear to be a version of what I ordered. I guess for the price, you get what you pay for. I will NOT be a repeat customer.
The halter pocket jumpsuit is not the same material as picture on your website. I was not happy about.

The person who I order the gifts for, has told me she is satisfied with what she got, well two of the products to say. One of the clothes doesn't fit, but other than that. She is pretty satisfied.

The customer service is outstanding, they'll give you discounts/refunds ect to compensate unsatisfactory on the longggggg wait times. But it takes forever to receive your products

Shipping is too high but it's been great other than that so far. Also the promo code worked and I like the customer satisfaction follow up. I just wish the product was better

Second time order and I did like the spandex material y'all use to make all your clothes. Some thing should be cotton like t- shirts.
I had no problem ordering or receiving the product I requested. I received it in a timely manner and I'm satisfied with the product.
