I have been asked to rate and give a review for this company I never received the order which was placed weeks ago no updates given or any feedback from anyone would not recommend this company!

Everything was satisfactory my only complaint is how expensive the shipping fee is..

Items took forever to come. Problems with items, can't get hold of customer services, reported company to PayPal and am in dispute with company.

One item was delayed but no update on this until I chased. When offered the explanation that one item was out of stock they advised to wait a further 3-5 days. Having done this I contacted them again and asked if it would be possible to send in stock items ahead of out of stock item as was taking too long which they did. Items ok but bought the same size and brand and yet some fit where others didn't

I really enjoyed shopping on this site I want to buy more

Scammers my order didn't show up until it was too late to return them. But I only wanted a different size

The clothing I have received has been well made and so worth the money.

The items i ordered never came its been at least a month since i ordered them but i have not received anything

It makes you contact them and online or a ticket for every item that needs to be returned. Then you are asked to become a seamstress and provide all kinds of measurements. They begin to argue even on the shoes that were yo large for me. I guess they need my foot sent in to for comparison with. Then completely ghosted. Hope everyone likes their order as is because no return information is given and replies stop. Stuck with something no matter what.

Can't wait to order again. Will be ordering again some time soon

I had to wait 6 weeks to receive my order without any form of communication from you until I raised a ticket. We should be offered to receive part order if an item is out of stock. The material used is not that great and trying to get a label to return unwanted items is too difficult and takes too long. I could have returned unwanted goods the same day I received them, 3 days later I am still waiting for the return label.

I love everything I ordered. The only thing that made me decide to not order from them again is that shipping cost way too much.

When I Finally got home from a trip and opened my mail and packages, and got around to trying on my dress, it was WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too small and I ever ordered a size UP! When I write an email for a redund, they say too bad! It's been over 14 days!

Not pleasant. Will NEVER order from them again! They would not give me a full refund they wanted me to pay for the shipping to return the product which no company I have ever dealt with ever did that they always sent me a mail return label again I will never shop with them again!
