Ordered a bunch of clothes from this company they did not give me my $50 coupon from my almost $500 order then just stop responding and the return policy is so stupid you will end up paying more to return the order. Stay away

Shopping experience is great. Many items to choose from.

I ordered 4 outfits and received 10 and was charged $333. The cost should have been approx $112. Then they want me to pay for return shipping. I want a refund and you pay for return shipping!

Prices are reasonable and the shopping/checkout is simple. Shipping does take a bit longer then other sites.

It was quick and true to size. I am happy with my product.

Clothes are not the correct size that they label them as a close is a medium so if you order please order your clothes four times larger

Scam, terrible quality materials and faulty knock offs. I spent over $600 with paying for expedited shipping.

Their website states 3-7 days for processing and 3-4 days for expedited shipping. At most, it should have arrived in 2 weeks. It took 22 days for EXPEDITED shipping.

I had about 25 items and I only opened 3 items to check quality and I was highly disappointed. I was out of town when the shipment finally came in. When I finally was able to open my package I hated the quality and initiated a return.

Their website states that you have 14 days to contact customer service to return items for a full refund. I started the return process per their guidelines and they told me that I couldn't return any items because they had a new policy that went into effect during the time frame of my purchase stating that I only had 7 days to contact CS. If this also were true, I contacted them at 6am on the 7th day and they still said it was outside the 7th day. Very insane.

I promptly asked where on their website did it state this "new" policy. Still haven't received an answer.

I also used Klarna as a 4 installment plan … Am I wrong to think that you get 30 days in between each payment? They have been hitting my payments back to back until I realized that I've almost paid my whole shipment and I have only had my order for 8 days.

Please please, do not order from this company. Save yourself some grief. I've noticed on other review forums that they had to remove several comments of false reviews.
