I bought a dress back in October for Halloween. The quality wasn't great, the straps were barely sewn on and I knew it wouldn't hold up. I reached out to return the item. I received one response asking for images. I sent my images, then followed up 3 separate times to get more information on what was next. I reached out to their site again (different support person) and they told me my refund exceeded the 14 day limit. This was not true at the time I reached out. I genuinely felt like they ignored me until it was "past their policy date". I won't be ordering from them again.

DO NOT BUY ANY STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY!
I expected to get my party dress on 16th Nov. It is 17th Nov now and I need my dress on 18th Nov as In got a party on that day. I have paid £18 for the express delivery which is shipping within 6-8days, but it is nearly 10 days and I still getting nothing.

Also, I had the worst customer services ever from this company. I have contact them but they said my parcel is shipping right now so I cannot cancel my order. Okay, I understand, so I asked for full refund including shipping fee as I didn't receive the services that I paid. BUT when I am trying to type the problem, SHE CLOSED THE CHAT AND DO NOT EVEN ASK IS THERE ANY QUESTIONS APART FROM THAT.
At the moment, I still don't get ANY reply from that.

I AM REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED OF THIS EXPERIENCE! AND NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Everything was made from cheap material no real hem just cut material at the bottom

I didn't receive a confirmation email or a way to track my package which made it very much a "wait and see" experience. It did arrive as advertised, maybe even on the early side of the expected shipping dates. But not being able to track the package was nerve wracking for me

Honestly I will probably not shop on this app that much. Shipping cost is way too much.

The items are bigger which means they have a great stretch.

I really likes both costumes but they took too long to arrive. They were for Halloween. I didn't know if they'd make it in time

Material is cheap and one outfit very poorly made. Not very happy

Easy to navigate the websites, easy to order. I should have allowed more time for shipping. I ordered too close to the date I needed them. I will order again from this company.

It was easy to order from the site and the garment arrived in a timely manner. I was surprised and very pleased with that. However, I could not wear the garment for the event I ordered because they were too small. Since I am a seamstress, I will be able to adjust them for future use.

Like being in a candy store it was hard trying to pick all the favorite ones and not go broken. Everything is excellent!

Placed order but it took weeks to be processed. Did not receive a tracking number and as soon as I canceled order I received a message that my order was processed and ready to ship.

Very easy to order from & quickly delivered to the U. K., cheaper than other similar sites too

I did appreciate that the clothes came to me in time. I paid for express shipping and got that. The clothes however didn't look like the photos, the material was much cheaper looking and not as shapley or stylish.

I did not even noticed I had placed the order so I place a new order with extra items. I thought is was odd as I did not submit anything the first time. Long story short, I had two orders and had to cancel one. I explained my issue via messenger and was told I could cancel with a 10% penalty. I said absolutely not. The orders were duplicates and I contacted them within minutes. After getting me very angry, the last order was canceled. No thanks, no apologies, nothing. Not a place I would order from again. It did arrive faster than expected but customer service is questionable.

Most of the items I got were cute and wearable. I would buy from this site again. The prices are low so even not liking everything I ordered, it was worth the cost.
