I placed an order and got a confirmation email that my order was received and later received a tracking number. When the order arrived at my address it was from Kohl's and had some random name on the box. I chalked it up to some crazy mishap, once my husband began assembling the item we realized it was missing pieces so I tried to find a contact number for customer service. The number listed in not in service and now I have an item I can't send back or get the missing pieces for, which means I lost my money.
It's not a legit business, they take your money and then disappear, they do not respond to e-mails and the phone number is not connected..
Purchased a fitbit on 4/23, my credit card was charged on 4/23. Never received the item. Just submitted a claim to PayPal for a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Ordered a Fitbit from here as well. Got an order, not addressed to me, but with the tracking number provided from the company. The order received is from Kohl's and has nothing to do with my order. We'll be returning everything and starting over. Doesn't help that the phone number is disconnected, and there's no email response from the company. Also doesn't help that there is little company info on the site. It's very sketchy. Stay away.
Complete Fraud. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a fitbit charge on April 4th, took my money on the 5th and today it May 16th and I have nothing. They gave me a Fed ex shipping label for a delivery in CA, I live in NC. Said they were going to refund my money, have yet to do it. Basically, they are thieves and scammers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Me too, the same case with all reviews below; they not shipping to your side - they work around and give you fedex tracking no like packing will come to you but not. Checked with fedex item back to shiper, no call number to contact sent many email without reply. I'm need to called credit card and paypal to refund that money back. Get out of this side. No more bee go shopping
I, too, ordered a Fitbit and they had the gall to tell me it was delivered last Friday. It was not. I checked again Saturday and it was NOT THERE. I've been emailing the company and of course they do not respond. I just contacted my credit card company which was connected to my PayPal and I'm submitting a claim. We need to report them to the Better Business Bureau and get them shut down.
They will not send your item or refund money! Terrible Terrible and no contact after they take your money
Took my money. Fitbit Charge 2 never shipped. Supposedly out of stock, will refund money. Money never refunded. Trying to go through PayPal to get refunded. Probobily will never happen. Bee go shopping.com appears to be a fraud. What a bunch of crooks. The people need to be arrested for fraud.
Tried to purchase a Fitbit back in March never heard about shipping contacted the company to be told it was out of stock. I requested a refund and never got it ended up contacting PayPal and filing a claim to get my money back. Based on similar reviews I would say this site is a scam. If you look up the address for their returns it shows you a picture of a residential home. Avoid this site!
Purchased keurig coffee maker 3 weeks ago. Took my money. Product not in stock. Should never have taken money. Refuse to communicate with you. It was for a wedding gift. Purchased elsewhere. Trying to get a refund which seems hopeless
I purchased a fitbit and never received it or any information about shipping. They were quick to take payment. STAY AWAY
Purchased a Fitbit and havent received it since a month ago. Customer service took 3 Days to respond my first email and I received no response for my second email. Ive just sent another email asking for a refund and Id have to see if Id get my money back. Please do not shop at this site.
