Just had a second divan delivered, first one was 3 years ago and still going strong. Easy website, great price, and delivered when they said by a very nice helpful friendly gentleman... for the price they are fantastic
The bed was delivered quickly and notification of delivery was good on the day, with good communication from the company. The bed is excellent value for money and very comfortable. Would use this company again.
Ordered 3 mattresses (over £500) at the beginning of July for delivery w/c 24th July - failed to deliver on the original agreed day (Monday) but guaranteed delivery on the Friday - when I called to get the delivery slot I was told by a very rude and aggressive member of their team that they were not delivering our mattresses that day as they had been let down by their couriers - then it was because the mattresses had not been made and they didn't hold stock - the member of staff insisted that he could guarantee delivery for the following week and this was because he was more reliable than any of his colleagues etc etc - by this time I was completely fed up and cancelled the order - have yet to see whether they return my money.
Subsequently a very helpful customer service manager called me back and asked if they could be given a further chance to fulfil the order - I reluctantly agreed and to give them credit they did deliver on the appointed day and gave us a partial refund (£70) for the inconvenience caused previously - hence I am editing my review to reflect that the order was finally fulfilled - mattresses are OK but as they are only for occasional use they will be fine.
Clear easy to use website. Good value beds. Fast delivery which was on time and well communicated. No fuss.
To begin with we felt that perhaps we lost our money having ordered a mattress from beds.co.uk. And yes at the end of the process we are left without the new mattress we wanted since we went on holiday when the mattress finally arrived. However we must compliment beds.co.uk for taking full responsibility and fully refunding us.

My Mattress is brilliant, the whole service; whether it's another sub company that deliver - who cares. The deliverer was immensly helpful and more importantly the Mattress was much cheaper than others I've been viewing and is very comfortable so far! Nice one Beds.co.uk
Taken delivery of large rattan garden set - very prompt delivery. However the whole thing is in a million pieces with about 109 screws - never would have purchased had it been clearly stated on the website instead of a sentence in the T&C s that states 'many items' are flat packed - I also Rvd no instruction which have no been very promptly emailed to me, on looking at them I can't see how I will ever be able to assemble it! There is always a reason things come cheap I suppose. Very misleading and disappointing.

The order was soon here, in a very fast delivery time and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. The bed base is sturdy and strong but was easy to assemble on my own with all the necessary tools supplied and the mattress fits well and is comfortable. This was the best price for a single bed that I could find on the internet or in the stores.

Order never received. Despite several lengthy phone calls, ignored emails and being guaranteed order would arrive and taking a day off work.
I placed an order for the first 'big boy' bed for my son to get here for his 3rd birthday. Order placed on 8th July his birthday was the 21st. On the 13th July I received an email stating order would be with me with 2-6 days at the latest. I dismantled my sons cot bed and two weeks later he still had no bed! Despite me be on endlessly on hold, speaking to advisors that assured me it would definitely be with me when I had had enough and requested a refund. I currently have no refund and and my son still has no where to sleep. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Don't believe the hype. The bed had the message clearly written DELIVERY WITHIN 7 DAYS. I ordered on Sunday 16th July and had heard nothing by 26th July. I rang to chase and spend over 20 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone. The first guy I spoke to just transferred me to someone else who offered no apology and offered a Saturday delivery. Not a lot of use when my guests arrive on Friday. I said I wanted to cancel my order and he said 'Fine!' and put the phone down. I await to see if my refund is forthcoming.

We do offer a returns policy as advised in our Terms and Conditions, which allow customers to view the items before returning, but there are some provisions put in place.
