My grandmother placed an order for two beds for when my younger brother and I came to visit. Initially, the order was set for the 8th of August (the day we arrived). On the day the beds were supposed to be delivered, the delivery was then pushed back to the 10th of August, but not before my grandma had single-handedly dismantled and moved all of the furniture from the room the beds were meant to be in. When the beds were not delivered, she re-built all of the furniture and put it back into place. The delivery was set for any time from 9am to 3pm and so my grandmother once again dismantled all of the furniture and moved it out of the room. This morning, on the 10th, we received a call saying that the delivery was half an hour away and then shortly after that, we received an email saying that the delivery would not arrive until the 17th of August. I called on her behalf and spent over an hour on the phone (most of it in hold) only to be offered "guaranteed" delivery on the upcoming Tuesday and 10% off the order. Given the previous unreliability of the website and delivery services (which have a 1.5/5 rating) we decided to decline this offer. The delivery has been cancelled and we will never be using this service again in the future.
Order fulfilled promptly within a day or two of ordering. The furniture was of good quality and arrived at time stated. The price was very competitive too.

Fantastic service. First communication by phone to enquire about a particular specification mattress. Had one in stock. Kept it for us until we could visit the store. Then once we were happy with it arranged to be delivered whilst we were away. Came home to find mattress unwrapped and on the bed. Perfect.
I ordered ans paid for a kingsize pillow top bed, as advertised as a Drayton for £409! Last chance as the clock was ticking. I then seen the same bed advertised using exactly the same pic called a Sultan for £336!
I called the company to explain and was promised a price match refund, sent pics, bed arrives from the delivery man and it was literally thrown in the hallway blocking my stairs, driver could see I had my arm in a sling and refused to help me.
The bed and mattress was NOTHING Like advertised, it is of substandard quality and has ink marks lining up the joins and is coming away at the seams, it doesnt have the turning handles as advertised either.
Also on the polythene packaging that I sent a picture of to this company it describes the bed as a SULTAN! They cheekily emailed me back saying it was an old label...
I have sent so far about 14 emails and pictures, asking for the bed to be returned and my money back, I keep getting a generic automated reply fobing me off!
I am now taking this up with the ASA... big mistake beds. co.uk dont go near them, ive lost £409 and a shoddy excuse for a bed, misleading site

Love this bed, I was slightly worried for the price that the quality of the bed was not going to be great. I did not need to be concerned, the bed fixed together easily and the only concern was the piston lifts. One side did not seem to be moving however after fitting the bed together the weight of the mattress soon helped the pistons to work.
I was quite worried buying a bed so cheap with a mattress but infact it is great, super comfy and very sturdy. I would definatly reccomend
The bed arrived quickly, in great condition. It's a guest bed, but everyone who has slept on it has said only good things. A very positive experience dealing with the company.
When I saw the price of the bed, I was initally skeptical as to how good the quality good be at such a low price. When the bed arrived I was amazed at the quality. I was very happy with the delivery service and will recommend this to friends and family.
Delivered with no problem even though I live in a very remote rural area. The mattress is very comfortable. The pain in my lower back, which I had learned to live with, has now all but vanished. Very happy.
The bed and mattered was deilevered fast quick and easy. Putting the bed up was also fast and easy. The matteress is extremely comfy too! Would buy from here again!
The delivery arrived in good time and as arranged, simply, by the courier's website. The item was delivered up a few flights of stairs without issue. Second time I've used beds.co.uk and they've been great each time.

Extremely cautious at first due to low price of the items. I thought that when the frame was delivered that there would be something wrong. Thankfully this was not the case the frame was perfect and easy to assemble I then ordered a double divan which again was excellent... The delivery was great they actually deliver the goods on a day suitable for the customer
Rude and patronising company. Costumer service team are lazy. Do not buy from this company, it's a big con, you will receive a sub standard bed that will break with in a month.
Ordered online, couldn't have been easier. Delivered on time. Great bed with excellent storage. Easy to assemble.
Really pleased with the ottoman bed I bought. Good quality product and the memory foam mattress is so comfortable. This bed was purchased as a guest bed for my spare room and those that have slept in it so far have said how comfortable it is.
Instructions for putting the bed together were straight forward but fiddly for me because I had to put it together myself, so 2 people would be better and quicker.
There is loads of storage, far more than I thought there would be and there is also a dust cover for the base which I wasn't expecting, so good for keeping dust at bay.
The bed is also easy to operate. Great value for money, fast and efficient service. I would highly recommend.
