I bought a double bed from their Ebay store. It was very well priced so was expecting ok quality but the bed that arrived was far better than that. Easily put together with simple instructions. Communication was excellent and it arrived in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a great service.

Bought a king-size ottoman bed recently via the eBay shop. It was delivered on time (with a choice of dates) and is surprisingly high quality for such an inexpensive bed. Far far better than I expected. Highly recommended.

Bed ordered, wrong bed sent. Rang company whilst deliver driver was still here, they'd tried telling me they had sent the correct bed when even the driver admitted it was the wrong one. The lady on the phone actually tried saying that an 8 inch open coil mattress would expand to 10 inchs when the loose polythene packaging was removed?!?! Three days later sent a replacement, correct base but wrong mattress! Emailed them pictures showing they had sent the wrong mattress, they offered to exchange it if I paid!, or I could have the bed collected and get a refund, minus a £49 charge for picking the bed up. Spent a further 2 hours on the phone trying to get it sorted, they then sent out a replacement mattress but when it got here it was still the wrong one. Thankfully I managed to secure a partial refund rather than wait in for a fourth delivery.
Whilst they are quite well priced, be aware that 1. The bed you will receive will most likely not resemble the bed in advert picture, by their own admission they order the bed from an external supplier. 2. The two man delivery service is a myth, one bloke will turn up with the bed and expect you to help him so if you struggle moving large items, or you need to take it up a flight of stairs have some help at the ready. 3. The customer service is appalling, if you have an issue dont bother wasting your time on calls, just put some negative feedback on here and watch how fast they get in touch with you.

I ordered a bed and mattress and this was delivered super prompt 2 days later, the bed itself had easy to follow instructions and put together and the gas lift mechanism is a really great feature and super smooth and easy to lift (very impressed) the mattress is comfortable and overall the bed looks top notch and quality for the price paid. Could not fault in any way and would purchase from them again in the future.
Fantastic service, our new bed turned up within 2 days, communication was good as the driver called us prior to delivery. The bed was easy to put up, and looks great. Would highly recommend Beds.co.uk.
