Ordered bed base and mattress together and got the wrong mattress delivered, this was exchanged after paying an extra £60 for the upgraded mattress.
It is supposed to be 1500 sprung with 3inch memory foam, but I cant tell which side the memory foam is on. I had a similar mattress previously and it was quite different on the side without memory foam, so I can assume there is no memory foam!
Also the I ordered king size bed and mattress but the mattress is too short for the bed

Great quality mattress and bed, great price for what I got. I purchased the "Rimini 4 Drawers Leather Storage Sleigh Bed" and it arrived at around 9am I believe on the day that I specified. Very helpful delivery men, the bed was in my house within minutes and from there I could start construction.
The frame is easily constructed with a very simple and easy to use instruction manual. I had it built within 30 minutes.
My one and only gripe with this bed was the construction of the drawers. If you do not own power tools like me, then I would strongly advise going out and purchasing or borrowing an electric screw driver. The drawers do not have pre-drilled holes for screws and holes for wooden dowels meaning that for me, I had to manually screw in screws with an ordinary screw driver. Some of the panels of the drawers are quite thick so this proved challenging and turned a simple 30 minute job into about 2 and a half hours.
No clear warning was made to suggest that power tools would be helpful before or after I purchased the bed.
5 stars would be given if drawers were easy to construct. 4 stars for being good quality and worth purchasing in every other aspect.
Ordered a super size king at a rock bottom price. We speculated the mattress would be cheap etc but wow we were well chuffed... The bed is MASSIVE and the quality of the mattress was outstanding for a complete price of just over £300.

Ordered a 4 ft divan bed for my daughter with memory foam- delivery was prompt but bed didn't resemble the bed in the photos- not just colour wise! The quality is appalling- no instructions, no delivery note, no labels on the bed or mattress- not even a fire label? Is this even legal? Definitely no memory foam- spent an age waiting for customer service- asked for an urgent collection as my daughter has no bed to sleep on now and no space to put a bed until this has been collected- but no reply! Really wish I hadn't parted with my money.

Did try to phone you when first got bed but you did not pick up 3 times, 4 emails, had bed year got to get new one.
Slight trepidation due to price but decided to go ahead from looking at reviews and purchased double ottoman with mattress. Whole ordering experience a breeze, choice of delivery and delivered when said. All components carefully packaged. Bed built in a couple of hours. Perfect. Excellent value.
