The service was straight forward and simple and the bed was easy to assemble.
There is a date booking in place for the delivery which made it easier to have the bed arrive at a suitable time which was greatly appreciated.

Only 1 star removed due to the fact I wasnt impressed with the mattress, went and bought an actual one as my five inch is a little bigger than theirs.

The king size ottoman grey fabric bed I recieved from this company is great. I bought the foam mattress with it and 2 more mattresses for a triple sleeper bed in our spare room. The bed is sturdy and looks great. The mattress was very comfy, however we are now looking to replace our matress due to our body imprints and it becoming uncomfy. Im not a big fan of memory foam anyway, so this could just be our preference. We have had this matress a couple of months, what more can you expect for the £100 we paid for a king mattress? The ones in the spare room are still in great condition due to not being slept in every night.
Delivery was not an issue and I could not praise the customer service any more. The response times are great and they are willing to resolve any possible problems. I have had nothing but pleasure dealing with the customer service team. I had a slight issue with the bed slats recently (these beds were purchased in September) and they were still willing to sort it out two months down the line! I would like to thank the staff for great service and I will definitely be recommended to friends and family!

The bed was delivered within the stated time and is exactly as advertised. It was an Ideal transaction.
Super fast delivery and easy to handle. The bed took me a couple of hours to assemble and feels very solid when put together. Skates are fixed in place individually rather than having a load strung together which stops them moving. The gas sprung system to lift the unit up for storage works perfectly and the whole bed feels that it will last. The mattress is exceptional value and very comfortable mix of memory foam and springs. I don't think you'll get much better for your money. Very happy.

Excellent quality bed and for a 1/3 of the price of what i found similar beds for online and in stores, would definitely use them again and would 100% recommend them to friends and family
