Ordered a mattress from beds.co.uk and it was very easy to order online and then select a date for delivery. The mattress arrived on the date agreed and they alerted me to a pm delivery a couple of days in advance.
Very simple efficient service and have had no issues with the product since.

First class from start to finish. Bed came quickly and less than half the price of a very similar one. Will be using this company soon for another purchase. Again first class.

Brilliant service from the initial order to the deivery (I was called and texted the day of the delivery very good service) cannot fault it in any way :)

The original bed I ordered failed a quality control check, I was upgraded free of charge to the next size bed up and received the bed within 2 days. The bed received is of good quality and ideal for my daughters room

The delivery was super, it was a bargain for the bed frame, but the mattress that comes along was a bit not what I expected. For the price that I'm paying, I have zero complain about it.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BED AND THEY CHANGED THE BED THE NEXT WEEK, NO PROBLEMS. EXCELLENT SERVICE FORM THE FIRST PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER. WELL DONE

Everything was so simple and quick. Only issue was trying to arrange for delivery as they could only show 2 weeks of dates that were fully booked. Had to keep looking to see if they had any availability. Put a note on the system about my working hours and they delivered it for me first thing in the morning. Quick and reliable.

Ordered a double bed for our daughter. Looked at many sites but kept going back to beds.co.uk. So glad we did the price was great and my daughter loves her new bed and mattress would highly recommend. Fast delivery as well.

I ordered my mattress direct with the he company and called to arrange delivery. Was delivered on time and driver called to say he was 10 minutes away. Mattress now on bed and a great nights sleep. Thanks guys.

Bed was good value and relatively easy to put together, unfortunately, all the plastic corner pieces snapped within a few days. After contacting customer services replacements were sent out promptly and the bed is now repaired and very comfortable

After finally getting my order sorted out, by emailing, they have the cheek to email you offering £20 as a bribe to write a good review!

If you do decide to order from this company be warned- you will never be able to speak with them on the phone as it rings and rings and eventually you are cut off!

The delivery also leaves a lot to be desired.
