The bed I bought from here is very comfortable and easy to put together. They originally delivered a few of the wrong pieces, which was a bit of a pain because this meant I was without a bed for 2 days. However, they did eventually send replacements free of charge. But, reason Ive given 2 stars is because of the service I received.
I was told multiple times that someone would call me back but this didnt happen, so I was always chasing calls. I was also offered compensation and an email confirmation of this, but I never received either. When I spoke to the customer service manager, he then went against his other staff and refused me any compensation at all. He then proceeded to tell me he was the director of the company and that there was no one higher to speak to - a blatant lie after a quick online search. Then he continued to argue with me until he hung up. Ive never had a company go back on their word, lie to me, given me such bad communication or hung up on me. Terrible service.

Small Double ottoman bed for my teen son. Delivered on time. Exactly as described. Only problem is I cannot get him out of it for school in the morning!

The mattress was well packaged, after the packaging was removed you could see the quality of the mattress, the expert workmanship. I could not lift it myself as I am tiny in height. I had to get help to unpack and get it placed on my bed base. It did not bend in the middle like some mattresses do. And I knew that this was a A+ quality mattress. That I would recommend Beds.co.uk to all who what to sleep soundly on a deep comfy luxurious mattress. At affordable prices. The service from this company is Five Stars from the time of order right to the delivery of the mattress. When I went to bed that night soon as my head hit the pillow.
