I ordered a great value king size bed and mattress from beds.co.uk. When the item was delivered two of the boxes were actually for a different size bed. I called beds.co.uk and they immediately arranged for the replacements to be delivered within the next day or so, without any form filling or hassle at all.
The bed when I assembled it was excellent quality and easy to put together, and the mattress is very comfy.

Ordered the first bed and it arrived with in the allotted time, it was very easily to construct following the instructions plus there was spare bolts/screws which is handy. A very solid bed indeed. Second one I ordered a week later was just as good plus so easy to construct I didnt need the instructions, totally recommend this company and will be telling my friends too

Bed arrived on agreed date, the delivery guys had trouble finding my new property as it wasn't on their Sat Nav but we got there in the end!
Bed is great although the instructions were hidden in the bed head so it took a while to find. Beds.co.uk though noted the challenge and will make clients aware for future purchases

This bed was excellent value for money. The bed was delivered within a few days of ordering, which was a great help. I called the office to arrange delivery and the staff were very friendly. The bed has a very strong frame and very comfortable mattress and is great to sleep on. Highly recommended.
