I ordered from here about 4 years ago, money taken, no order, number didn't work, after doing some research including ringing up the building they claim to do business from, I found it to be a complete scam. The building of offices they claim to be have never heard of them. The number provided on the website doesn't work, but if you look through company records (found after trailing through Google) you eventually find a number that works. Sometimes they answer, give you a load of rubbish then put the phone down.
I rang so many times demanding a refund. Eventually after 3 months my order arrived! Shocking service, absolute scam, they probably only sent mine because I wouldn't leave them alone.
CLOSE THIS SITE DOWN ALREADY. THIS HAS GONE ON TOO LONG LOL.
I think maybe someone should share them around social media warning people away from them so we can shut down these fraudsters.
I Ordered something from this "company" on 1st November - never got it, tried endlessly to contact them via phone and email - nothing. Only an order confirmation. Fuming angry to have found this website where this has been going on for years... WHY HAS NOBODY DONE ANYTHING YET TO STOP THESE CROOKS?/
Like so many others I ordered from their web site, they took the money and e-mailed me to say that the item would be delivered in two days, I'm still waiting 10 days later. Have e-mailed them and left two phone messages and still nothing...
I payed my money and they send me NOTHING dont even give me my money this bedroompleasures are bad sellers. I will stick to using a good companys like lovehoney adultshopit or simplypleasure at least they are good and send your items to you
Its a dodgy company. They take money but never send your product. There is no company called bedroompleasures. Sombody need to reprt this site to the police as they are takeing money from peoples account and not sending the product. NEVER EVER SHOP from this site and dont waste your money.
Just like the last reviewer. Wish I'd read all the other reviews before buying. Exactly the same experience - took the money then NOTHING. No communication or contact and no delivery. Should be reported to the police and other enforcement bodies.
Payment taken but no order arrived, email bounced back undelivered, contact through website contact form unanswered and phones just go to voicemail.

Tried to contact them to track a order. No chance, they don't answer the calls, don't reply to E. Mails and reading the reviews I don't have much hope my order will ever arrive. Like many others I think I've been conned. Living in hope and advise others not to take a risk with these bandits.
They don't give a damn about customer service. No one answers the phone and no one replies the email. Terrible customer service. Check out their website and the testimonials there appear fake. Will never use it again.
Just received my Nature Skin Vibe, prompt delivery, all emails answered, proper tracking number from Royal Mail. Perhaps this company has turned itself around following bad reviews or i am just lucky, i have no complaints, good service, good products and fair prices, i would have no fears with any future orders, satisfied.
They take your money. Never reply to your emails. The goods do not arrive despite their 2 day delivery promise. Phone and you get answering machine. How are they still allowed to operate. They should be in prison for fraud. Use Bondara or LoveHoney. Pity the police aren't involved. Just look at the 1 star ratings. Even 1 star is too many.
Toook my money very quick, and then did not send my item, no email, no phone, just ignore you. I will stick to using lovehony and adultshopit at least they send your items to you.

Place my order on the 7April 2015 recieved full refund 13 April 2015. Used PAYPAL PAY AFTER DELIVERY service.
All attempts to communicate with this company failed;
No responce to 5 Emails sent to 3 addresses, NumerousTelephone or Live Chat.
Total rip off, no product and no refund, do not use this site...
Ordered on 16th and not arrived. No answer on the phone either. Having checked Companies House it seems the company is in financial difficulties and has been for some time. They have been on a Voluntary Arrangement since Sept 2010! I wonder why this far down the line they are still allowed to trade and swindle people out of money and not provide the goods ordered
TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NEVER NEVER USE! Place my order and it never arrived! Been calling, emailing and using their useless livechat TO NO REPLY. Fuming. I usually trust websites when they have the green padlock on the left handside and I recognized the name. I would never use this site again and really wished I'd checked the reviews beforehand. In a way it's a blessing in disguise for my future online shopping as I will now always check website reviews. I will continue to chase this horrible, unprofessional, ILLEGAL company. They should not be allowed to trade.
Ordered some items which showed as in stock and would be delivered within 48 hours. 5 days went by and no delivery.
Called 'customer service' and the girl said one of the items was out of stock. She said I should have received an email, which I never did. Like others the only email you ever receive is an order confirmation.
She said the item would be in stock in a few days. I told her it was for a party and it would be too late so cancel the order. The girl said it would take 7 days for the refund to go through. I asked her to confirm this by email which she said she would, she even confirmed she had the correct email address.
Guess what, no email, and just over a week later I'm about to contact them and the package arrives.
Its quite low value so hardly worth the point sending it back, waiting for a refund that will probably never happen.
Amateur, drop shipping type company who tell lies. AVOID!
This company is not a scam however they are in financial difficulty and allow people to place their orders with no intention of fulfilling them, if you chase your order then they will move you to an urgent pile, then when they have some money they will order the stock. If you dont chase you will never get your order. If you ask for a refund unless you chase this continuously you will never get it they have written of many many orders and refund totalling over £******* they only survive because people are too embarrassed to continue chasing or kick up a fuss.
I spoke to someone who used to work there and was given this information i would never never order from this site
