I was attracted by the offer of "free" samples but it wasn't "free" since you pay for "shipping" upfront. On their website, I saw they were about to send me my first order. I'd read negative reviews about them at the BBB, so I was skiddish. I tried to cancel the first order by phone during normal business hours but no one answered the phone. I then made contact by email and was told I could cancel the order online, (which I did). Since I was already alerted to potential problems due to other reviews, I was avoided potential problems. If a company is hard to reach by phone or chat, it's always best to go to a company with good customer service.
Cancelled subscription but still was charged! Never will do business with your company again! They charged my card without permission!
I tried these after reading the reviews. Even though I thought it was weird they were all 5 stars. They didn't work for me I told them so denied the addnl 2.99 pkg said no thanks and they still mailed me 51. Worth of them. And in order to get my money back I have to pay for returning them. Not only that they charged me I called them said what are you doing I said no and they mailed them 2 days after that! I called them back and said you really mailed them 2 days AFTER I had another conversation about they don't work for me? They had the nerve to go thru a entire list of more crapola from them I'd never buy! These are the worst I've ever used. Parts are stuck together from the factory they bunch up and slide every where they should be. And that's what I told them where are the real reviews on their site?
First, I don't understand the negative comments here about the subscription service charges. It's explained quite clearly when you sign up for the free trial. And, once you've enrolled, they email you a week before your next ship goes out (every time) and you're able to delay - or even stop it completely - if you desire. I don't know what more people can ask them to do - they can't read their minds!
About the products. I actually never in a million years thought I'd be wearing incontinence products. But, about the time I turned 70, I realized I was starting to have a small amount of leakage occasionally and I didn't even know it had happened. It usually happened at the theatre, cinema, a party, a wedding or funeral, a long drive - any time I was in one place for a long time with no access to a restroom handy. These products were recommended to me for several reasons: they're extremely absorbent, they're comfortable, they're thin and lightweight and make no visibly lumps under clothing, and they're reasonably priced. They've come through with flying colors - AND - despite some of the grumpy reviews here - the subscription service is extremely convenient and easy to navigate.
I have also tried a couple of their skin care products and found them very effective and reasonably priced.
Due to my spinal cord injury 3yrs ago, I became incontinence.
Searching for adult pull ups was a huge task for me until I discovered Because products. Their pull ups as well as the Booster pads makes me more confident to leave the house!

I have been emailing and calling this company and telling them I no longer need their undergarments and they keep charging me for something I don't want or need. Like their ad says Cancel At Any Time not true I don't need a subscription for these drypers and they just sent an update on my payment info on the 29 or 30th and I didn't update info cause I don't need them anymore but they waited till the next day even though I told them either by phone or emailed them I was done with the undergarments and they took payment from my debit card anyway and this is not ok for them to do this it is an unauthorized transaction.
At least 30% of the last Because Market brief order sent to my gf was a defective lot. She'd attempt to don it, and the left side seam would fall apart in her hand, rendering the brief useless. I handed her one, the left side fell apart in my gentle grasp(I referred to it as melting away, at the time). Better inspection process, please.
I had ordered nighttime samples but they were too bulky! So I logged into my previous account and just BECAUSE I logged in they reactivated my account and sent me a full order and charged me $54.11! I was just trying to see if their daytime brief would be better for me. I received my sample but I will never order from them!

I'm very happy with the pads from this company, I was able to adjust to get the right pads for me. The company is very easy to work with and you can adjust how many and how often they ship them to you. I used to be a Poise pads customer, but these are much better.
I ordered a trail package of Because underwear. Suddenly my account was charged several times for things I didn't order.
I call, talked to them through email and text messages.
Still they charge my account only now I don't receive anything.
You can see the charges right on top of the free one where I paid $2.99 shipping.
I sent numerous emails like the one in the picture.
After I sampled sanitary wipes and diapers I was sent bedpads unrelated to my sample and charged $82.76 on credit card and this all took place before I could place my order. Getting refunded is a hassle
Told we would get a email before senting a shipment no email sent just a change a rip-off. Cancel.
I received a bag of pads that I had not finished ordering because I had changed my mind. The company has been emailing nonstop trying to get me to buy "more." I have had eleven messages today alone! I have threatened them with our attorney general's office. Avoid these people!
This company is dishonest and does not honor its return policy.
My account was canceled and product was still shipped and billed.

I ordered the trial sample. The very next day I cancelled. They sent me a huge box heavy and charged me? 135. I called to return it because they throw it on your door step. You have to have a Hex number and another thing with their return address. It cost me $54.00 to return. They should be in jail. No return labels. The man on the phone is the same voice as the supervisor. What a pain. Run folks.
This product is great but the shipping is horrendous! I've had a problem EVERY month. They quickly take my money but I wait, and wait, and wait for the merchandise and sometimes it's not completely fulfilled. This month I ordered 140 undergarments for my 91 year old mother and received 20. I called the customer support line that isn't based in the sates and they literally have no way of transferring you to the actual company that's supposedly based in Massachusetts. They can't help, not because they don't want to, but because there's absolutely nothing they can do to help you. The companies name lives up to the answer you get when you ask why you haven't received the product you paid for, just "BECAUSE". What a joke!
My husband and I have been customers for several months and have been very pleased with the products. I like saving postage by buying 3 months at a time. We did have a problem recently and the person on the phone was not helpful at all. The problem remained. Then today I was lucky to get Aljun on the line. He listened to my problem, fixed it in a few minutes. If I had not be able to talk to him, my review would have been a 1. Aljun's solution turned it into a 5. Louise Sanfilippo
Don't buy the testimonials. They're probably written by Because employees. As far as I am concerned they are crooks who, when I contacted them within the first 2 week (well within the first 30 day period for a refund), they refused to return my money. They then hit me a 2nd time for more money. These are sisters and crooks.
I put a hold on my account as I was not using as many each month and have been stockpiling. This month I didn't receive a text message but did notice a withdrawal from my bank account. When I called they responded that it had already been scanned by FedEx and could not cancel the order. Because I am on a fixed income and didn't know about this order, I have been now overdrawn on my account and I'm being charged an overdrawn fee. So these are actually costing me twice as much with the fee added
I paid $2.99 for a sample pack. It was ok. I didn't order two boxes of the pull incontinence pads. I told them that I did not want their product since I get pads free from Medicare. I was emailed by Reg from Because that I did not inform them in a timely manner. Because they only refund me $5. I am a senior citizen who is on a fixed income. This is fraud!
