Worst website ever. They deleted my negative review of a sweater I purchased the product took 2 months to arrive after they stated 8 days. Item looked nothing like the picture and material was worse than tissue paper. Saw other negative reviews around the web but decided to take a chance. Wish I hadn't. Steer clear.

It took them almost a month to deliver, the quality of the garment is the worst. Their sizing is totally off. I ordered a size L and got a size L alright but it was a kids L. You can see the difference between a L (black shirt) and whatever size they sent me claiming its a size L (red shirt) Do not buy from these guys.

The clothes I got look like they came from the dollar general. Maybe worse. I spent $75 bucks on 3 items and all three were trash.

This company is overseas so it takes a long time to get ur product. It took 2 months to get my lights and they ate the wrong ones.

Do not use these fraudsters. I ordered a coat that arrived 2 months later. As said before, the tracking service was a complete joke and when I enquired as to where by order was and that the tracker didn't work, I was told to use the tracker that wasn't working! I asked for my money back and was ignored. When the item arrived it was terrible quality and looked nothing like the advertisement. It was also so small it wouldn't go over my shoulders despite me using their sizing guide. I requested a full refund as per the terms and conditions and was offered nothing but arguments. After demanding my money and quoting their own Ts & Cs to them and threatening them with trading standards they offered me 5% off my next purchase. I declined this and was offered 10%. I eventually contacted my bank and had the payment charged back to me. I packaged up the rags they sent me and addressed it to their company head quarters in Shanghai and I hope that's the last I ever hear from them.

Purchased light and require refund, they are laying to me about 7 months, never received refund
They told me money has been refunded tp PayPal, after months and months found out,
They are Scam arts, never refund anyone's money, very dishonest peoples

I wish I had the reviews about this company.
Initially offered me a 5% refund and then lied that they had issued a refund which was never received.
Please do not use.

Buyer beware! Seems to be a scam. Will be contacting the BBB on this bunch. Have not received my merchandise in over two months. I cannot submit proof of purchase because I never received my purchase

They never sent my package this is called stealing and scamming people ill get to the bottom of this

Do not get caught up in the beautiful Halo website and place an order. No good intentions of delivery on their part.

If there would be a zero stars, I would give it to them. Jacket was 7 cm smaller then the size chart advertised and they refused to send a different size or refund. I settled for 15% refund after several emails of negotiation, which is $3 on the $20 purchase. I will never do business with them again.

We would give them zero if possible. TOTAL CROOKS, KINGS OF FALSE ADVERTISING.
THEY SELL CHEAP PLASTIC LIGHTS AND CALL THEM GLASS. Language barrier? Hardly.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. BUYER BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM.

The "jacket" is really a sweatshirt and the decal on the back has a burn mark and it is very off center. I tried to get a replacement and the best they could do was offer a 15% refund for my troubles... They are scammers and their items are poor quality and suck. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Stay away from these crooks! Based in China, selling goods from a wide selection of Chinese manufacturers.
They have NO return policy and do NOT offer full refunds. Ordered a vest, XXL size, received a M size, despite it being labelled XXL. Their standard policy, regardless of complaint, is to offer a 5% discount on the purchase price. After numerous back and forth emails, the best they would offer is a 20% discount PERIOD! What a joke! They really have no concern for customer satisfaction or their reputation. You have been warned :(

This company is a total scam. I purchased a light from them... it arrived two months late, and when I tried to return, it would have cost more than the cost of the light itself. I tried fighting it with my credit card, but because I received the crappy merchandise (2 months late - way after the electrician had come and gone), they wouldn't rule in my favor... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
