I ordered this item about 4-5 months before I received it, even messaging them through the ticketing option in email they sent (click tracking and the ticketing option is on the site). I was very worried that I was being scammed. But although the wait was incredibly long, they responded back in a decent time and the item came in a box that wasn't totally damaged. It was packaged well, but didn't come with instructions (although a quick google search solved that).
It's a great value for the price, it's just a long wait to get it. I had to get non standard bulbs for the light I got, but Menards had them so it wasn't too much of a hassle.
Do purchase from them if you have time to spare and are handy enough to do a google search. Don't buy from them if you're on a deadline and aren't very handy.

Placed an order on Aug 28,2020 and as Oct 3 still have no status on the expected delivery date. The seller is playing some sort of game claiming they've shipped the order and therefore cannot cancel the order when I requested to do so. They provided a tracking number which, according to the UPS website, reports that a shipping lablle has been created but has not been received by UPS. Save yourself wasted money and aggravation, do not purchase from this site.

BEAUTIFULHALO.COM has stolen $200 from me if there is anyone out there who has had this experience with this website please help me shut them down.

I purchased "solar" outdoor lights from beautiful halo. They took a month to arrive because the company is based in China. When they arrived I realized the lights were not solar and had to be hardwired. I asked the company about returning and went back and forth with them at least ten times. They wanted me to keep the lights and I couldn't get them to understand that the lights were misrepresented and wouldn't work for me. They finally gave me their return address in China and told me I would have to pay for return shipping and they would refund me the price less what they paid for shipping. I finally opened a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. Stay away! The product was garbage and dealing with them is the worst!

After 45 days, the merchandise finally arrived: Flimsy low-quality box and the weak and the flimsy low-quality styrofoam packing material inside the box surrounding the top of the fixtures was broken and crushed into pieces. Merchandise ( antler wall sconces for a cabin) were broken in at least two places and were made of low-quality materials. I should have checked reviews prior to ordering, and I hope that future customers will do so. I logged into PayPal and they directed me to the seller's site. Seller asked to have a help ticket submitted, which I did and they then closed it out as completed. With no action, no refund, no new item to replace damaged goods. Lost $150.00. On this transaction. PayPal's guarantee seems to be worthless also. Buyer Beware.

Ordered a ceiling lamp in early August. After countless emails asking where it was, it came September 23. First, it was the WRONG CEILING fixture. The one I ordered was a mission style with a flower. The one I got, was Mission style, but with geometric borders. What is interesting is that neither the original I bought nor the one I received are on their website. So, I have no idea if what I paid for the original one is equal to what this one costs. I don't have the energy or trust to try to do somethingn about this. I would say you should not order from them. I don't think they are a "scam" necessarily, since the merchandise actually came, but they are incompetent, not helpful, could care less, and I would avoid at all costs. I don't know upon writing this if the fixture actually works since I haven't gotten someone to install, but it is not bad quality. "Scam" to me is they stole money and you got nothing in return. This company is just a disaster. Avoid at all costs.

After a month, the merchandise arrived: The shipping box was damaged. Flimsy Styrofoam packing material inside the box was broken into pieces. Merchandise (an antique copper fan lamp) was broken in at least two places, raw electrical wires were sticking out of one section, there was no cord or plug on the lamp, the lamp contained no base. I should have checked reviews prior to ordering, and I hope that most future customers are savvy enough to do so.
After several attempts to have money returned to my credit card, I have finally turned the matter over to my credit card company.

In May of 2020 I ordered two lights from beautiful Halo. While waiting on them to arrive I ordered a ceiling fan. First of all the first two lights took over 8 weeks to arrive. The multi light Windmill did not look like the picture that was displayed. The second light, The Striking Ceiling Fixture Burst with Stylish Design finally arrived, much later than the first. It had a strong odor of gasoline on it. There were no lights with it, and no way of attaching the blue stylish crystals. I contacted customer service multiple times however the company never corrected the problem. I sent photos to the company requesting a refund (which they declined) I sent several photos they claimed that they could not see them. I am frustrated and angry that I'd spent my money with this company and and I have a product that I can't use. I asked them to cancel and refund my money for the third light that I'd ordered because it had not been shipped. Almost 3 months later I received the ceiling fan, The Modernism Oval Cage Ceiling Fan. I opened it and found that there was a part missing on it also. The hanging ball that holds the fan in in place is missing. Now I have two light fixtures to which I've spent a total of $416.35 that I can not use. The company has not issued a refund nor tried to replace the missing parts. As a customer, I'm very disappointed with the products and the poor customer service. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this company as they do not have good customer service. If you have a problem they are not willing to correct it it. They only want your money. Also all of the instructions that come with the product are very difficult to understand.

I PURCHASED A 24" CEILING FAN FROM THIS COMPANY AND RECIEVED A 36" FAN I EMAIL THE COMPANY EXPLAINING THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE GOODS A 36" FAN NOT 24" AS ORDER I WAS EMAILED BACK UNDER THERE RETURN POLICY I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN BACK TO CHINA AT MY EXSPENCE BY LAW WHEN SOLD WRONG GOOD YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE THE COST OF RETURN THEY EMAILED BACK AND SAID RETURN COST WAS DOWN TO ME THEN THEY OFFERED ME A 15% REFUND IF I KEPT THE FAN TOLD THEM I WANT TO RETURN ITEM AT THERE EXSPENCE AND RECEIVE FULL REFUND I CAN ONLY WARN FUTURE BYERS TO STAY WELL CLEAR OF BEAUTIFULHALO ANY MIS-SOLD GOOD YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU THE SAME RETURN POSTAGE WOULD COST ME £60 00 COST OF FAN £114.00 TOTAL SCAM

This company pops up on lots of searches, DON'T FALL PREY TO THE PICTURES OF THEIR PRODUCTS! The actual product is quite different! I ordered three LINEN shirts. Upon finally arriving, by the way the company is in China, they were NOT even linen! Note the photos I've attached. The first one is what they sent me. The fabric is some man-made crap. The second photo is the nice linen they advertised. Plus, being from China they don't even fit! They refuse to issue a refund, claiming they don't offer refunds! So, be forewarned!
