Customer service at Bavarian Clockworks is the best I've encountered in many years! I contacted them on a Saturday about my order delivery date because I was going out of town. I received my clock that Sunday. In fact, I got the clock so fast that the shipping notification came the day after my clock arrived. If you want personalized service, these folks are there to help you. My wife LOVES her clock. I researched a lot of different clock company's and I'm glad I went with Bavarian Clockworks. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Yours is the first and only website I visited. I feel no need to shop further. I came here knowing absolutely nothing about cuckoo clocks, except that I was fascinated as a child with the one in my Grandmother's kitchen. You provide so much helpful information which makes me feel confident in my purchase from your company. I like knowing you are available and willing to help after my purchase, should I have any questions or issues. This is a gift to my husband (we are both of German heritage) for our 5th wedding anniversary (wood being the traditional gift) and I know he is going to love it.

We ordered and received a beautiful Cuckoo clock for an amazing price. Unfortunately, it would not cuckoo or play music. We decided to try trouble-shooting through the You-Tube videos ourselves. It resulted in two broken chains with links spilling all over the floor! The office was closed, so I sent a desperate email for help. I was sure we were going to be held responsible and left with a broken clock. Much to my surprise, I received a call from Bob, assuring me that they would take care of everything. He emailed me a postage paid label, and we shipped our clock to him. He kept me posted during the repair and notified me when it was on the way back to us. After we received it, he personally called me to assist with the set-up. Today, we have a beautiful clock that operates perfectly. Many companies would have charged us for these repairs, but this company had our backs! Thank you Bavarian Clockworks and Bob!

Great service, Quick response to questions, easy to deal with. Bob was easily able to determine the type of clock we wanted making recommendations and ultimately it was the one we purchased. The clock was carefully packed and arrive quickly. The certificate of authenticity was included together with instructions for an easy set up. The only problem I had was viewing the CD that was included as it was not compatible with any of my DVD players, even though they are all of current vintage. Written instructions were easy to follow. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends or if I were in the market to purchase from them again.
