First sent me a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. They did replace it but with the wrong one. Now won't answer emails.
So I call instead of just placing a order. The agent told me the battery I needed and placed the order. Paid for shipping to arrive in three days. Over a WEEK LATER I get a email (to much trouble for them to call) and tell me the battery is not in stock and "will be back ordered". They didn't know they didn't have the battery in stock in a battery store? They have things now that are called computers!
