I ordered by the deadline to ensure Mother's Day delivery, but the delivery was still delayed and I received the product the Monday after Mother's Day. While I was not thrilled that the Mother's Day gift I ordered was not going to arrive in time, I was pleased and impressed with the email from Barrington letting me know their regret about the delay and their inclusion of a 25% coupon to use later. Thank you for trying to make it right.
However, I was extremely dismayed to learn that your products are made in China (and that that was part of the reason for the shipping delay). Please, please, please look into making your products in the United States. Especially after the Coronavirus outbreak and pandemic, it is disconcerting that we need to rely on China for the manufacture of these products. The bags are beautiful, but I cannot support your business long-term and continue to buy Chinese products.

The order was for Mother's Day which came day after. When I inquired about the timing the response was quick and was given a 25% off coupon for the delay.
I was happy with the companies handled it. I just used the discount to buy my daughter a birthday present. Very happy with the quality of first purchase.

I don't understand why Barrington Gifts ships via FedEx WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY. During a global pandemic we are being told to limit contact with other humans so I don't understand why a signature should be required at delivery... especially for a package valued at less than $100!

I ordered a bag, but realized there were some changes I wanted to make to it right after placing the order. I called Customer Service first thing the next morning, but my bag had already gone into production. I don't fault Barrington for being super efficient... I should have been more decisive. Nonetheless, that is why I am not totally satisfied with my bag. Ugh...
I am so very excited to gift a Barrington bag to my Mother for Mother's Day. I have a few and love them. I know she will enjoy it immensely. It's so fun to be able to design the perfect bag!
