I received your shipping tracking number and I was tracking this item from China. I was disappointed because in browsing your site, it gives me the impression that this was a product made in the US. The pictures, the marketing for that American way of life, you get A+. As for the price, I expected the fabric to be of better quality. It feel very synthetic, there are synthetic fabrics that feel luxurious, this looks and feels good, I don't know if it's because of the pattern that I chose. That been said, I thinking of placing another order with a different fabric.

I ordered by the deadline to ensure Mother's Day delivery, but the delivery was still delayed and I received the product the Monday after Mother's Day. While I was not thrilled that the Mother's Day gift I ordered was not going to arrive in time, I was pleased and impressed with the email from Barrington letting me know their regret about the delay and their inclusion of a 25% coupon to use later. Thank you for trying to make it right.

However, I was extremely dismayed to learn that your products are made in China (and that that was part of the reason for the shipping delay). Please, please, please look into making your products in the United States. Especially after the Coronavirus outbreak and pandemic, it is disconcerting that we need to rely on China for the manufacture of these products. The bags are beautiful, but I cannot support your business long-term and continue to buy Chinese products.
