I would say this was almost perfect, my only issue was the website. I had and issue with creating an account and placing order. When I created my first account and ordered it never gave me an order confirmation. I used a second email to create a second account. That one went through and I received an order number. What I later found out was that my previous orders had gone through! I was charged 3 times. Great customer service getting the other 2 charges credited very timely!
Second big order as of today. Received my first order and was so overwhelmed that I jumped online to shop some more for Mother's Day. Excellent craftsmanship as well as presentation in the wonderful dust bag. Lauren

I purchased this as a graduation gift for my niece and I think she will really love it. I gave her sister one at graduation and she loved hers. I also had to purchase one for myself last time so this is the third St. Anne tote I have purchased. I love the designs!

I was disappointed in the quality of the product received. I feel that it looked mass produced and the personalization was just stamped into the fabric(nylon canvas)as if on a printing press. For a $200 tote the personalization should have been embroidered to give a more classy look. I found a same size canvas denim tote at Michael Koors for less than $200 that was completely embelished with embroidery, so cute I gave that to my Mother instead!
It was easy to order and the products are beautiful.

Shopping was an issue- This item should t have requested a signature to leave on my porch. I received an email from FedEx designating delivery date and to be home to revive package. They didn't show until two days later, when I was not home. I ended up having to pick it up from a FedEx store. With three young children, this was too much of an inconvenience. Makes me not want to order from Barrington again.
This is a beautiful bag! So many choices to personalize!
Love my new tote...it's perfect for hauling all my kid stuff and that I could personalize it. My husband even commented that the Monogram was a nice touch
