I wish I could go back and forth with changes, for example, i get towards the end to choose the color leather. But then i decided to change the color of my stripes. I wish the color leather would be saved, so as i'm viewing i'm seeing that color.

It took a long time to scroll through all of the bag color and stripe options. The scrolling method might be easier for the user if they didn't have to click through every single option. Other than that I loved being able to see a visual with what the final design with monogram will look like. Nice touch.

I was disappointed that, upon delivery, the color of the bag did not really match well with the stripe I selected. My wife is an Alabama graduate and I tried to make a bag that reflected its school colors. Although both the bag and the stripe were labelled as "crimson", they didn't match well at all. The stripe is a much brighter red.
Love my custom bag! Will soon be creating gifts for my daughters!
