Love this new marketplace! It is new and fresh and most important to me, family run. Carly does a fantastic job responding to seller needs and questions, etc. The site itself is creative and fun and I'm excited for it to grow! Keep it up Baroqoo!
I am in the middle of setting up my shop on Baraqoo and had a few questions. Carly promptly got back with me and answered my questions in a courteous and thorough manner. Excellent customer service!
I've been with Baroqoo from the beginning. The customer service is outstanding and I love that it is only for handmade and that's all! It's very important we can go back to the basics. Have had some technical problems but all have been able to be resolved. Love Baroqoo!
Like MANY Etsy sellers, we are getting tired of all the changes that support the stock holders and not the vendors. ODR issues, Free shipping push just to raise costs of listings, and now 12-15% charge if they click on a Etsy ran ad, that most can not opt out of now.
This place. Is new, clean, and has much potential. I hope it thrives to give us more options. Support is fantastic.

Can't beat it. For the low rates, and 24 hour support, I enjoy it. They use PayPal as the processor and way we get paid. Products get approved within the hour usually. They have a limit of up to 12 hours. I have never had longer than 2 hours. They do this to try and keep Baroqoo away from mass production and copyright infringement to a low.
If you are a believer in handmade only, and back to how Etsy used to be, then get in.
This site is a new "family run business", seemingly trying be an alternative to Etsy. The fees are cheap, Customer Service replies within 24 hours but (for me) moves like a turtle plus you sometimes have to WAIT up to 2-3 days to get a listed item approved. Their tech(s) don't come across as being too savvy with National (Domestic) Shipping and/or USA Checkout made easy. I will return in 6-12 months to rate this site for improvements etc.
