This is my second order from them. The first order was 3 days late. But I put that down to a new company I'm using. The second-order 5 days late. This time it cost me money. We have scaffolding on the building and I ordered this wall-mounted banner with 2 weeks of it coming down. I ordered it on the 16th with the promise of anything over £99. Quick shipping 14 days later still not received it. Too late to order from another company. Had to pay £145 to keep the scaffolding for 3 more days. Absolutely a joke.
My designs were apparently not of the recommended resolution for my requirements and having the free design team support was a very good facility. However, the website doesn't make it clear how the problem would be resolved and it took a call to a representative that you have to pay for your order before the design team address the issue. This was quickly addressed and the end product was great.
The whole experience of using BannerBuzz was very positive and straightforward. I liked the ability to proof view your banner and make changes. Any changes were quickly turned around and a new proof sent. I am so pleased with my banners I am about to order a further two.
Surprisingly straightforward and good value.

Not simple to navigate the design of the card but when completed I was happy with the result.
So far looks like good value, will make a final judgement when product received.
I am so pleased with the service, the posters have turned out great considering they were my uploads they looked really good. I received a phone call to discuss alterations as i put them in the wrong way round, so i thank you for that. Everything was spot on from ordering to delivery and gave the people involved a surprise and a giggle.

Was all done online, had questions, was directed the right way. So I proceeded to complete my order, it had an error but I was able to compete the order with banner in a timely manner.

Your order was placed on 25 June with Express shipping for delivery by 5 July. This delivery date was revised to 9 July upon artwork approval. Per the FedEx tracking site two of the three products you ordered were delivered on 9 July. The third package was delayed in transit and delivered on 12 July. Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders DHL / FedEx / UPS, transit delay is outside our area of control.
We also offer faster turnaround (Priority). The delivery date and cost for each method are displayed during checkout so you can make an informed choice.
