Allow more time than the estimation they give for shipping - our first order with free shipping took longer than we expected so we paid for faster delivery, and even then it was 6 days later than the estimation. I'm not sure it was faster than the free shipping - we nearly didn't get in time for our event.
Not satisfying - Ordered banner, paid for fast delivery and end up receiving it 6 days later then promised. I had made a design that was redesigned by BB for no reason, than had to call them several times ask to use my design, then the web confirmation of the previous design did not work so I had to write email and call again... not smooth process at all. Plus they are based in India.

I found Banner Buzz website very user friendly. One of the main factors of buying from them was the very competitive price. I had quotes from 3 other printers but nearly double the price for similar products. Banner Buzz delivery time was very quick, about one week. The quality of the product and printing were great. Will definitely be using them again.

I ordered a pull up banner which I designed myself. It was found that the photos I had supplied were of insufficient quality for the size of the print. Banner Buzz designers were able to upsize the photos and we are very pleased with the final result which was delivered on time - the day before our event.

Reshmi and team did a great job on our banner. The platform can be a bit finicky and you'll need to order with lots of lead-time as the banners come from overseas, but I'd definitely order from here again.

I already had our artwork and wanted to whip up a sign quickly myself, rather than have the hassle of going into a sign-writer, explaining what I wanted etc. Bannerbuzz allowed me to do this, and at very reasonable cost. The finished product is exactly what I wanted.

Easy to navigate online. I was contacted from Banner Buzz giving information on the photo I chose as in way of it being a bit fuzzy and If I would like to proceed with it or send another copy of the photo before I decided to go ahead with the printing. When I received the photo it was well wrapped and in a thick heavy duty cardboard cylinder ensuring the product was protected.

I never received a proof, they said the sent one a generic flag picture.

Do not waste your money paying for priority delivery and be prepared for 101 excuses.
Order delivery timeframe changed and will be delivered past event date so waste of time and money. I thought I was sourcing a product from within NZ to find it is produced overseas.

The item failed to even be dispatched before the date I paid extra for it to be delivered by! I paid more for delivery and it and the item had not even been sent by this date
