Not satisfying - Ordered banner, paid for fast delivery and end up receiving it 6 days later then promised. I had made a design that was redesigned by BB for no reason, than had to call them several times ask to use my design, then the web confirmation of the previous design did not work so I had to write email and call again... not smooth process at all. Plus they are based in India.
I already had our artwork and wanted to whip up a sign quickly myself, rather than have the hassle of going into a sign-writer, explaining what I wanted etc. Bannerbuzz allowed me to do this, and at very reasonable cost. The finished product is exactly what I wanted.
Reshmi and team did a great job on our banner. The platform can be a bit finicky and you'll need to order with lots of lead-time as the banners come from overseas, but I'd definitely order from here again.
I found Banner Buzz website very user friendly. One of the main factors of buying from them was the very competitive price. I had quotes from 3 other printers but nearly double the price for similar products. Banner Buzz delivery time was very quick, about one week. The quality of the product and printing were great. Will definitely be using them again.
Easy to navigate online. I was contacted from Banner Buzz giving information on the photo I chose as in way of it being a bit fuzzy and If I would like to proceed with it or send another copy of the photo before I decided to go ahead with the printing. When I received the photo it was well wrapped and in a thick heavy duty cardboard cylinder ensuring the product was protected.
The website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. All products are clearly described so you understand what you are getting. The design tool is user-friendly and straightforward, and the result was accurate regarding colour and layout. Delivery was at the expected time and I am fully satisfied with the quality of the product. Thank you!
Allow more time than the estimation they give for shipping - our first order with free shipping took longer than we expected so we paid for faster delivery, and even then it was 6 days later than the estimation. I'm not sure it was faster than the free shipping - we nearly didn't get in time for our event.
I ordered a pull up banner which I designed myself. It was found that the photos I had supplied were of insufficient quality for the size of the print. Banner Buzz designers were able to upsize the photos and we are very pleased with the final result which was delivered on time - the day before our event.
I never received a proof, they said the sent one a generic flag picture. They said it was send, but i dont know what they sent if anything.

Company listed in Georgia and item came from India. They made mistakes on my proof, i asked for one change and they made a different chance twice including things no longer being straight that were in the original proof and then the next time there was two different logos overlaid. After these were fixed they then sent another proof that showed squares that had not originally been there. The design team told me they made the mistake. We discussed that if it wasn't going to make it to me in time I didn't need it. After the proof was approved i was told it would make it for December 9th and i should not worry because I paid for priority shipping. I called on the 9th as i could tell via tracking that it would not arrive and their excuse was 89% on the day they said and 11% chance for the next day. I called back on December 10th and they said the day wasn't over. They cant do anything until the 11th. Despite the banner being halfway across the country at 4:30pm they still couldn't do anything. Now I'm leaving for my event that starts at 1pm without a banner that is expected to be delivered between 5pm and 7pm tonight and they wont do anything except tell me to refuse the delivery and then call back (no one will be home to refuse it). STAY AWAY
Can't follow simple instructions. They keep changing my instructions and it seems that the original artwork is ignored.

Delivery of the 2000 business cards came in a reasonable time from India. I had ordered before but the quality of the print and spacing is different as what I had approved in the proof
While we get there in the end, every order is a bit of a pain as the website is difficult to find your old order and reorder if you have been longer than a year

Online Sticker ordering was good. But since I paid, have had zero reply to my emails regarding Tracking of my parcel. The Tracking Number doesn't exist. FedEx advises no such parcel. A reply from BannerBuzz would be great as these Stickers are for a Fundraiser.
